Mike's Mattress

I have to say I highly recommend Mikes Mattress. They have quality mattresses and Connor who was our salesperson is awesome to work with. He went above and beyond. We explained to him that we were checking a couple other stores and we would let him know. We ended up going back to make the purchase as they were the most reasonable. We were given next day delivery and were told we would get a phone call approximately 15 minutes prior to arriving and we did.
Delivery guys were super nice and professional and very respectful of our home.
I would highly recommend Mikes Mattress.

My wife and I went to Mikes Mattress on a Sunday about two weeks ago and spoke with Mr. Tim, salesman. He was very nice and offered fantastic advice which we followed. We have now returned to Mikes, met with Mr. Tim and purchased a fantastic bed. Tim made the entire process a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Mr. Tim and Mikes Mattress. We highly recommend this business. We love to shop locally owned and this business really makes it easy.

Recently purchased a mattress set at Mike’s Mattress and we are very happy with it. We were greeted by Connor who was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and guided us to a selection that best suited our needs. Service was awesome and delivery was very accommodating. Prices are not cheap but they are reasonable. Another family member purchased a set as well and they are just as happy! The delivery guys were great too! Highly recommend.

We stopped by Mike's Mattress to shop for a new mattress. Connor was an excellent salesman, informing us of the specifications of each mattress as we moved through them all, playing the Goldilocks game to find the one that "was just right". Once we did, Connor offered us same day delivery - yay, out with the old and in with the new! We had our old mattress removed and the new one installed within 90 minutes of leaving the store! AWESOME customer service!

My wife and I visited the store yesterday. Great selection. Well-organized. Connor was knowledgeable in walking us through options. No pressure, just helping us find a match for our needs. Found the perfect bed and pillow combo. Pricing very competitive. Delivered the next day - on-time and efficient. Highly recommend!

From the manager to the salesperson, and especially the delivery men, it was a pleasant and professional experience. The delivery was set up within two days and they were on time. JR and Todd went above and beyond delivery, they had to take apart the bed frame to fit the bunkie board in before the mattress. I would use them again.

I purchased a tempurpedic bed in May and had it delivered in July when I finished renovating my new home. Was so glad they could hold it for me to get settled. Austin was fantastic and answered all of my questions. Excellent service and prices. Highly recommend.

5 star quality and service. The salesman Connor was attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products. He spent a great deal of time with us and made sure we got the best price available. He also answered every question and concern we had. No high pressure sales here, only a great product at a great price. We would definitely shop here again.

Darren and the delivery team were just as professional, courteous and accommodating. It was an extremely user-friendly and positive experience. No hard sell, no bait and switch. honest people I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband Mike and I went to Mike 's mattress and was approached by Connor which was extremely nice, we told him we were looking for 2 mattresses to purchase and we told him what we were looking to paid. He was extremely nice and showed us several mattresses that fit our budget, he explained to us the difference between 2 different one that we couldn't decided it on, it was no sales pressure what so ever. Then we met Austin the manager which was extremely nice as well. We are very happy that we drove 3 1/2 hours to go buy our mattresses over Mike's mattress. Our trip to Mike’s Mattress was extremely productive. Connor explained the various mattress types. He then showed us how the mattresses were logically arranged according to the type and firmness. In a short time my wife and I found the mattress for us. Clearly, an overall very positive experience.

Tim, our salesman was GREAT! He had what we needed in stock, (a sofa bed mattress), he helped us load it up, we brought it home, and it was a perfect fit! Also very nice quality. Thank you Tim! and Mike's Mattress.

We knew the mattress we wanted, and Ed was very informative with out being pushy. We are loving the new mattress set and went back today to get the Bamboo sheet set at a better. $$ than the big online A-store.

Knowing Mike’s Mattress has been in this area for so long and the help he has given to the area in years past when we needed a new mattress we knew right where to go. The salesman, Ed, was very knowledgeable, explained everything well and answered all our questions. We were in on a Wednesday and our mattress was delivered Friday morning. The delivery people were friendly, made sure we were happy with everything, cleaned up and took our old mattress away.

Great overall experience! From the Salesforce to the delivery personnel. Top Notch Customer Service. We also went to Mattress Firm, and first words out of salesmans mouth was , how much you looking to spend. I thought this was a Mattress store, not a car dealership. Mike's had great prices, in stock, and delivered in 2 days.

Great place. I had seen a lot of good reviews about this store and wanted it to be our first stop when we went mattress shopping. My husband was real skeptical about a "non chain" store. We planned on checking out other stores after we looked at Mike's,
but my husband was very impressed with what we saw. Tim was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress we should have based on how we sleep. He didn't start out showing us the top of the line like most salespeople would do, answered all of our questions, and was not at all pushy. Would recommend Mike's Mattress to everyone.

Delivery was outstanding. The young men were polite and wanted to ensure the height of the bed was satisfactory. Also made sure we knew how to operate the bed. Sorry I didn't get your names but you both were great.

Purchased a mattress set several years ago from Mike's. So there was no doubt about going back again.
Tim was very pleasant, and well informed about the products he sells. Not a pushy salesperson.
Last night I had the best sleep that I've had in a long time. Woke this morning with no backache.

Excellent customer service! Ed was very informative, answered all of our questions and pointed out all of the differences in the mattresses we were looking at, pros and cons based on what our needs were. Delivery was prompt, and delivery people very friendly. Highly recommend them.
