I buy stuff online all of the time, so you can take my word for it. Great ordering process. Super easy, very fast, no bs things to click on by accident than take you somewhere else, send you back a page, etc. And, I was not on my computer, but on my phone, where it is always more likely that you can get tripped up on the midget screen. Great page! If you are reading this and it is more than a week or so after the date that this note was posted, then if you do not also see a follow-up note where I have returned to complain about my delivery, then you can take that as my confirmation that all is good.

Great place, prices are a little high, lots of stuff here. This was my first time going here and I was pretty impressed.

Easy pickup from a well stocked store

Helpful staff. Efficient ordering and pickup. Above and beyond service. We ordered a wood stove for pickup. Despite better judgement, we did not bring a truck for this. Much gratitude to Clark, as he was extremely helpful in breaking down the packaging crate and assisting us to load the 300# + stove into our Outback. He could have left us to our devices, yet he opted to lean in and be part of our team. Thanks Clark!

Nice store and nice staff. Be careful as they do not always have items "in stock" that the online says they have. If you show up at the store you will find a lot of items are available for order. Other than that I like the store and they have a nice selection and nice people.

I have shopped at the Savannah, Ga Northern Tool store on numerous occasions. The people are always friendly and helpful - never pushy. The store itself is rather small, but always clean - including the restroom.

The most challenging part of shopping at Northern Tool is leaving with only what I need. So much good stuff!

Excellent as always. Personal attention along with professional advice. The employees are always knowledgable about the items offered for sale. I bought a Stihl chainsaw. The employee told me he was going to take it to the back and start it and make sure it ran properly. I could hear him testing it. A few minutes later he brought it out and it was full of fuel and chain oil ready to go. He even registered it for the warranty right there in the store. I always receive the same professionalism every time I purchase there.

Great selection of products with good prices to match, service is impeccable also. Aaron was a great help helping me get the right tools. Hassle free, enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely will be back again.

Great place, plenty of high end tools and plenty budget friendly tools. Wide variety, looked for an odd size mower tires at lowes , the depot, and T.S. no one had them. Found it at Northern Tool. Also plenty of friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to help you find what you need.

Saw Dr.Jackson today for the first time for HRT and he was very kind and very helpful and explains things to you , and I have no insurance and so they did not over charge me as some places try to do ..his office and staff was very nice and I was a 100% satisfied with my visit
