Publix Pharmacy at Delray Square

I am Very impressed with the pharmacy staff at this Publix in Delray Square. I am new to Florida so I had to start over with my doctors and prescriptions. There were some problems getting my new Ins to cover some meds I've taken for years. Cathi , one of the pharmacist there called my Ins and got them to cover the refills. She is very knowledgeable yet happy and upbeat too. She went above and beyond for me, which not to many people do these days. The other staff there have also been great. The have fill my prescriptions on time. I highly recommend them.

Cathy is basically a mind reader. I'm not sure how they remember faces-to-Rx names, but they do. Their service is the best, they obviously like what they do or they wouldn't be doing it so well. Always BEST service in person, they answer sooooo many questions with a smile and go the extra distance to make sure you understand how to take your prescription the first time...unfortunately, I cannot give this same review for the rest of this disgusting, mismanaged, smelly supermarket.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I've been to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite it being busy. I imagine working in a pharmacy is one of the hardest jobs in healthcare and can be frustrating especially when dealing with difficult patients. The day I went to this pharmacy I had been to two pharmacies both of which were closed at 6pm when I arrive at 6:10 they received my wife's prescription and had it ready in no time. Honestly, I can say enough about how helpful and kind they were to me especially on a day when things were rough. Thank you so much!

I called the pharmacy early Sunday morning when they first opened and spoke with the pharmacist Cathi. I explained the situation and the fact that I needed a prescription filled ASAP. Even though she had a lot of orders to fill, she still managed to get my prescription filled in 30 minutes. THANK YOU CATHI for going above and beyond when it really counted. I would only recommend this Pharmacy and all of Palm Beach County.

Not all heroes wear capes it’s so true to this pharmacy and Mrs. Kristina Dimicco. In spite of endless hours standing and serving the customers she is so courteous, so professional and KIND to all her staff and all the patients.
