ECM Air Conditioning

I have an ECM home service contract. ECM techs were dealing with my chronic AC drain line issues and suggested a special chemical process to clear the line once and for all. This is not an inexpensive service. But it does come free with the installation of a new AC. My system was working, but it was loud and inefficient and the compressor was starting to corrode. Rather than wait for the system to break and prices to get even higher, I decided to buy a new system. I worked with the very patient AC tech, Jose, to understand the options I had. ECM does not use salespeople but instead uses their knowledgeable technicians. I picked both the air handler and compressor based on only what I really needed and was comfortable spending without any pressure to upgrade to more expensive options. The system was installed the next day. The techs performing the installation were quick and thorough and cleaned up pretty well. I would recommend ECM for both service and for a new AC system.

The technician, Miguel, was very knowledgeable when he explained that we needed a new air conditioner and why. He answered all our questions.
The crew sent to remove the old system and install the new one was terrific. Markell was friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable and neat. He went over everything with us. Jason too. It was a great experience. I highly recommend ECM to everyone.

I have used ECM for 18 years & they have always been reliable. I just replaced an air conditioner. Their installers were prompt. Everything was explained clearly. They cleaned everything up before they left. I’m happy.

My A.C unit would not heat. I called ECM and they serviceman checked out my whole unit. He found mold in the pan and everywhere. The unit was 9 years old, so we discussed it and I decided to buy a new unit. ECM scheduled it fir 2 days later, on a Saturday. The installation was clean, quick and excellent. I love my new Lennox.

Our installers were GREAT! They were on time, did a masterful job and were very professional. They did everything they said they were going to do. They even took out the old cement pad, poured a larger new pad to fit the larger unit and also moved the electrical disconnect box. AMAZING!

These guys were fantastic. I'm very happy with their service. They replaced both my indoor and outdoor AC units and the quality of their work was impeccable. It didn't take that long, all done in under a day and everything came out perfect. I totally recommend this company if you need any AC work. I would be more than happy to use them again in the future for my AC needs.

My wife and I had them install out new air conditioning unit, and everything has been perfect. It has been a year sicne they installed it, but I wanted to wait to see how things went before writing this post. From our first phone call, to sales rep visit, to installation, to follow up, everything has been perfect. Would highly recommend them.

I want to Thank ECM and the entire management team for making things right for me. I purchased a brand new A/C unit from a sister company and everything that could go wrong did. They tried numerous times to fix the issue but never did. ECM came out to my home on 3-4 occasions and ultimately agreed to completely exchange the whole air handler inside. the installation was amazing and they 2 guys who did the job were top notch. Very organized guys and they cleaned up the entire area before leaving. my new unit looks and works amazing and i would ONLY recommend ECM for your Air Conditioning needs. THANK YOU AGAIN

Our dishwasher would not work. There was an error light. On 12/14/23 Technician Eugene got rid of the code so the machine would wash dishes, but said a new heating element for drying had to be ordered. He returned on 12/26 with the new part & installed it. He also tested the dishwasher, repositioned it slightly, cleaned it up & did some other stuff. He worked very hard, got the machine running like new. My wife was thrilled with the results. Eugene is a very bright, hardworking technician!

ECM just replaced our AC, we were very pleased with the amazing job they did.

I called on a Monday to set up an annual check-up, and the dispatcher (very professional) set my appointment for the very next day. The young man who came to my house was DeAngelo, and he could not have handled himself with any more professionalism and courtesy. He was thorough, polite, and, as a relatively new technician, I was more than impressed. ECM needs to keep this young man on board, and continue to help him grow and prosper. He was a credit to the company, and I hope he comes back next year.

ECM replaced our air conditioning recently when we returned to Florida. They arrived early in the day and worked into the evening to complete the project. They were delayed because of all of the construction going on in our building, but worked around that. The installers were cheerful and efficient. AC is working perfectly.

We needed to replace our AC and EMC was able to schedule it within a day of completing the estimate. I had some travel delays and they were very flexible to move my install to the next day. The technicians were professional and worked efficiently to get the work done.

I called ECM recently, to diagnose why my old AC system stopped working. The Office promptly and cordially accommodated with a same-day visit, and their technician (Jose Soto) was professionally presented, congenial and attentive, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. His diagnosis of my 16 year old system was thorough and detailed, and he walked me through the options for remedy, including repairs or replacement, insuring that I understood completely the details, ramifications, and costs involved.
I elected to replace the entire system, and Jose again walked me through the system's equipment design, the details of the installation process, the included warrantees, and what I could expect from ECM in the ongoing. The installation was performed two days later, by two very experienced technicians. ECM's Office called to confirm and review the process a day before, the crew arrived promptly, worked competently, tended to every detail with minimal intrusion to the household, and left a spotless worksite when finished.
The ECM Office, as well as Mr. Soto personally, contacted me the next day to confirm that the system was properly working, and more importantly, to insure that I was satisfied with all aspects of their service. I was. The entire experience was five-star,

My experience with ECM did not exactly start off on the right foot. We scheduled a sales call for a new residential air conditioner several weeks in advance so we could be assured the first appointment of the day. We were assured of this and given a 8-12 appointment time slot. On the day of the appointment 8am came and went, 9am came and went at 10am we spoke with dispatch and was advised the sales team was in a meeting but as soon as it finished the sales rep would be sent over. Another hour passed and still no rep. At 12 noon we contacted ECM dispatch once again and we were told this time that the rep was just finishing another sales call and we were next. A little after 12:00 noon Miguel L. arrived and we expressed to him our dissatisfaction for having to wait at home for so long for his arrival. We explained that we had things to take care of and could no longer meet with him. He indicated that dispatch did not advise him of our assured appointment time. He was extremely apologetic and offered to come back first thing the following day. He asked if he could come in for 2 minutes to see the existing unit so he would be prepared to meet with us the following morning, so we obliged. Miguel was right there and on time the next morning. He was nothing but professional. He explained everything in detail to us and provided us a written quote for the entire job and assured us that there would be no hidden charges and that the work would be completed in the most professional and timely manner. We told Miguel that we would be back in touch with him within a week. During this time any question we had, we were able to reach out directly to him on his cellphone and he would answer all of them within a very timely fashion. This was greatly appreciated. ECM's price was not the lowest but was right in the middle for a quality Lennox unit, so we decided to use them. On the day before our scheduled installation we were contacted by the installers and were given their estimated time of arrival. They were right on time the following day!!! Our installation went off perfectly. The installers were extremely neat and true professionals, this too was greatly appreciated. The whole installation took approximately 6 hours just like Miguel had advised. At the end of the job we were presented a bill for exactly the same amount Miguel had quoted. There were no hidden charges or any strong arm up sells. It is because of Miguel L. and the installers he sent (Lincoln and one other gentleman whose name i did not get)to preform our install that I am writing this review. ECM was great to deal with! I was walked through everything that needed to be done and given a quote that was accurate. The guys showed up on time, were super polite and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly reccomend!

Posting on Behalf of Evy and Stuart Lenoff: Our air conditioner unit was 17 years old. We had maintained on the unit and would always ask if the unit needed to be replaced. ECM service has said that it was doing fine. On our annual call Lorenc came out. A very professional and pleasant gentleman.
He showed me the unit and mold started to grow. He gave me options to clean the unit and we discussed replacement. After deciding to get a new unit he carefully explained what I needed and why, we have a tight space. Lorenc explained any options and both the positives and what would best suite our needs.
After dividing on a new unit and costs involved, we purchased the unit. The unit was put in on the third day after ordered.
Louis and his associate came to replace the unit. They were also extremely professional and very neat. They were here for about 7 hours and when they left, both inside and outside were left neat and clean.
For air conditioning, both service and replacement we would highly recommend ECM.

we had our new A/C unit installed on Jan 16th and the 2 technicians could have not beenmore professional and knowledgeable.They addressed all our questions and concerns and were always very courteous.Our experience with ECM was excellent and i highly recommend using them.

Completely removed old AC Unit and installed a new LENNOX ELITE 4 Ton AC Unit. The workers were very professional, kind, and courteous.
They even called to see if we had any questions.
The service department is professional as well.
Our 1,970 sq. ft. home is now wonderfully cooled and the unit is so quiet.

ECM is by far the best ac company. Juan and Rene were our techs and they were extremely professional and efficient. They actually fixed our ac that was improperly placed by another company. They made us feel like family and not just another sale. If you want your ac unit done right call ECM and ask for Juan and Rene. Thank you guys very much.
