Great help here at this CVS Nicola was sweeping the floor last night with the push broom and he made it his mission to stop what he was doing to greet us and asked if we needed help me find the children's Robitussin. Can't wait to come back here Thx again Nicola.

Nicola, was awesome he didn’t know where everything was because it was his first day. But he helped me and my wife find the gold’s powder and we thought he was great.

I recently was at the CVS on Altantic in DelRay Beach, FL. I love this store because staff is professional , friendly and most important helpful. I even bring Starbucks to the manger.,

I ordered prints online and the most important part of the picture got cut off. I reordered it twice and went back to pick it up two days in a row and the picture was still cut off. The picture was a very very special picture of my mother looking over my son and I. I lost my mother months ago and this picture meant everything to me. I went in to get it ,and it was yet cut off again. I was so upset. Catherine behind the desk said let me see what I can do. She took the time and personally edited my picture for me and went above and beyond. She was so patient and somehow made it perfect. She had no idea what is meant to me. There should be more people like her in customer service. My heart was so happy 💛

I've been going to this CVS location due to it's proximity of where I lived. But I did move recently (further away) and I prefer this location due to several factors.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are all great. Great customer service, they're polite and helpful! Some people have issues but an example was a manufacturer no longer produced a certain dosage. One tech suggested calling the doctor and have it re-written. Did the tech have to do that? No, but she went above and beyond. Was it annoying? Sure but it was not the staff fault.

I'd rather come to this location because I know the staff and they are fantastic! Yes, sometimes issues happen but most of the time it is insurance, a doctor, or a prior authorization problem. It's unfair to blame the pharmacist. Yes, it can get busy but have patience and you'll be happy you did wait! Even when busy they operate efficiently and the wait times are never extreme ~5 minutes when busy? Perhaps more during peak times but they work hard and deserve more credit!

Self check out fast, an employee was near by and immediately approached me to help with coupons! Keep up with the good job!

This CVS is always on point for me. Staff is fantastic!!

I'm not sure of the cashier who helped me this morning, but he was a saint. I woke up with food poisoning and I felt absolutely awful, but my husband was at work and so I had to bring myself and my 9 month old baby into the store to get Imodium, Pepto, ginger ale, and body armors. I didn't have enough arms to carry it all and hold my daughter, so he kindly brought things up to the register for me and then helped me bring the bags out to my car. I felt miserable, and he was such a help. Many thanks to you, sir!

This pharmacy is always well organized and quick. Every time I go, I am able to drop off and pick up my script within 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff are extremely friendly! I actually commute now to pick up my medicines. Love Gina and other staff members! Always greet me and very knowledgeable!
