Once again, the Highest of PRAISE to "Franchesca", the Head Pharmacist. For months I have been searching for the ORIGINAL Bottles of a specific medication I have been faithfully on for over 15 years. The DYE of the new batch was altered and I continuously have had allergic reaction after reaction. I have had to call each and every Walgreens just to determine which store might still carry it. This Walgreens DID have it on their shelf and Francesca transferred my entire prescription within less than 10 minutes. So many other Walgreen's Pharmacists gave me such a difficult time, including informing me I "never would find the original medication". I did, at 7 different stores. But Francesca has to be the best - I use to to frequent this pharmacy years ago and remembered her well - ALWAYS SO PROFESSIONAL and POLITE. Thank you for your utmost assistance, Francesca. Most Sincerely, Lesly Wolfson. Additionally, I just perused several of these horrible negative Reviews; EVERYONE in this pharmacy possess the Best of Manners, especially a young blond female wearing eyeglasses. A customer was ranting and raving at her and not once did she ever lose her composure. I actually returned back to the pharmacy just to inform her how WONDERFUL her "Patience Level" was! Do not pay any attention to these demeaning false Reviews.
