This place is a hidden gem! In area for work, ordered two days in a row. Their spaghetti w/ meatballs was excellent. And surprisingly, the meatballs weren't mostly breadcrumbs and mushy like most restaurants serve. The marinara sauce was also tasty. Second night, ordered the pizzaz which I enjoyed though I do wish it had a little more pizza sauce. Their house salad dressing is also very good. It seems to me they know their food here and put effort into what they do.

A very old school family-run vibe. In a day of chain restaurants I appreciate this. The linguine and clams were delicious, and both the lasagna and shrimp scampi were also quite good. The wine selection is small, but when you have quality table wines with generous pours, who cares. I would certainly return anytime.

Been coming to Italian Cafe for a long time and it continues to be my favorite Italian restaurant. The food is fantastic-I had the stuffed veal with Italian ham and cheese and it was very tender, tasty and delicious, served with perfectly cooked pasta on the side and I definitely recommend the fried calamari to start the meal off right. Dessert was a wonderful canoli with a cup of cappuccino. As always, a wonderful meal, great atmosphere and great service!

My favorite Italian restaurant hands down! Reasonable prices (especially the lunch specials), generous portions and absolutely delicious pasta. Even if we're just grabbing takeout we were offered water and a seat while waiting, such a kind gesture. Glad to be living nearby so I can keep coming back to this place!

We got their most popular dishes and had a great fest at home. The food was "bright" and full of flavors.

Had one of my favorite dishes, Cannelloni with white sauce. The staff did a wonderful job taking care of our table.

The “Cafe” is a solid go to in Falls Church. Younes and his staff are always friendly and attentive. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Highly recommended.

The Italian Cafe has the best steak and cheese in Falls Church! The lunch specials are terrific!

Charming place, friendly staff, great food at a fair price. Plenty of parking! Our family will be back. We also saw a Pinion Players, show there after dinner, lot's of fun.

Great homey feel Italian Cafe, the service was fast and excellent. The waiter (dont remember his name, but he is from Nepal) was wonderful and very polite. The owner was friendly and polite as well and the atmosphere was relaxing with great jazz music in the background. Their food was good, good proportion for the price.

What a gem! We’ve always enjoyed our food and the manager, Younes, goes out of his way to accommodate and make you feel grateful for dining here. Highly recommend.

As always 1st off the bathroom? Clean and maintained if not a little small for the men's room. A good start and a wonderful meal. After being warmly greeted upon arrival we were seated in one of three dining rooms. We had 2 salads, 2 delicious Italian dinners and 2 soft drinks for $44. My wife had a chicken and pasta dish and I had manicotti. Try the meatballs they're home made. We're sad we were just passing thru on the way home to Annapolis M.D. so we don't know when we'll go back but if you're anywhere near here and like Italian food than this hidden gem should be your go to restaurant. Highly recommended.

Such good food in spacious rooms but cozy atmosphere. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. The service is excellent and the prices reasonable.

It has been awhile since we last ate at the Italian Cafe, but we will not be strangers any longer. The atmosphere is continental. The service is attentive and cordial. The bread is amazing and every entree was delicious. For an authentic Italian restaurant the prices were so reasonable. Sophia was so delightful and we were served quickly and completely. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

What a great little find! Cozy inside and terrific food. Prompt and friendly service. Eggplant parm was GREAT! if you get a salad, the house dressing is a must.

Does this place have great food, yes. Does this place have great atmosphere, yes. Its more than that, this place is about family. It is about legacy and they will bend over backwards to make you feel like you're part of the family. It is a wonderful type of place you don't see anymore. As long as it's around my family will be going there.
