Zaaki Catering

I've had Zaaki recommended to me a handful of times and went to check it out. What Zaaki may have lacked in its presentation was more than made you for by the experience.

Admittedly the menus were dirty with old, dried food on some of the pages, but I didn't let that be too much of a bother. Between the appetizers, hookah, drinks, entree, and desserts my family and I had a wonderful time. The waiter, Abdool, was very patient and friendly, willing to answer any question about menu items. The food was great, and it felt less like we were just having lunch and more like we'd taken a quick trip to the Middle East.

Will be coming here again!

Environment is great ,outdoor seating is large ,indoor is nicely decorated. Food is on point lots of options from authentic Mediterranean cuisine to fresh juices, hookah menu is also great
You feel at home with they're service so all around best spot around. Hours are awesome 4am with full service is never heard of.

Great food and very tasty , a must place for people who love "Hookah" or "Sheeshah". The place is nice and they have separate section for both smokers/ non smokers , serving is very nice and staff is very welcoming. The con is that they add a 10% service charges in your bill so may be if you know it ahead you wont be disappointed , I got a bit annoyed but it was too late... With respect to food , service and quality i would say 10% is still worth it... Would highly recommend just keep 10% service charges in your mind n you are good to go... :)

Great place to chill and enjoy some good Shisha with friends/alone. They have very delicious foods and their pricing is very reasonable. We go there often because they have such a friendly crew from the manager Mano to the staff, they always greet you with a smile on their face that lasts your entire visit. Not to mention this place stays open until 4 or 5am which makes it even more. Overall love it.

I left review a couple weeks ago, but I just wanted to do another one because the service is great and I come every week. Honestly, I don't understand people who come to the restaurant once and right away give only one star. Sometimes it is very busy, and taking into consideration human aspect it is totally normal if the food or hookah and charcoal takes some time. I read some reviews, and I am so upset with people being so judgemental. If you never worked as a server in food industry, you probably should in order to experience the hard work of each server. Someone complained that the server was carrying orders in his hands and not using a tray. If you are so picky, don't go to the restaurant. Simply stay home, and serve yourself. This comment is not even relevant to the customer service.
This time I ordered a fruit salad, and it was huge! I couldn't even finish it. The hookah is the best. My charcoal was changed every 2 minutes, and i didn't even ask for it. The hookah guy makes hookah so that it produces a lot of smoke. The range of tobacco flavors is enormous, sometimes I can't even decide what to mix because I want to try everything. One day I sat in the back, and it was kinda chilly, servers and a manger brought personal fan to make me warm. This is amazing! I wanted to thank each of the server because whenever they have a chance they check on customers even though it is not their table, and they are not getting paid for that. If you had a bad experience, you should give it another try, and I am 100% sure they will fix it, so you can enjoy your time just like me.

It was a great experience! The best food and hookah I’ve had yet! I enjoyed the environment: very relaxing.. especially the back section. Sidi was my server for the night. He was professional, fast, accurate, and funny! I advise everybody to visit Zaaki!

The waiters here are loyal, hard working and kind. They are like family and they will treat you like family. The food is excellent I really recommend the chicken kebab and hummus, maybe some of the best I have ever had in the states. The Shisha is also excellent and they regularly change your coal. Bravo Zaaki!

Best shisha overall in NOVA IMHO and great selection of food and drinks. Their fresh squeezed juices and hot teas (try any tea with mint) are great compliments to the shisha. They have a good selection of desserts, and their kitchen is open past midnight. The vibe is laid back, and the place is very clean. I love the outdoor seating, and that there is plenty of parking in the next door lot.

The best part about the place is the fast and friendly service. From as soon as you walk in you are greeted and tables and chairs are moved around for you no matter how large your group is. I have never had a rude waiter, they are always attentive and quick despite how busy it is on some nights.

I'll keep coming back here as long as it is open.

Was with friends for almost 5 house Ordered some hookahs and food. The food was so good and the rice that mixed with chicken was so delicious. There hookah is so big and last for long time. Our waiter was an Egyptian guy and he was so kind and helpful.

We took family from overseas there for the Ramadan Buffet last week. first off, it was great. I am a vegetarian and we had a picky 12 y/o and we all were able to find delicious food! The staff was amazing! Lina (sp?) was our server and she was outstanding. The owner/ manager(?) was great. He never stopped checking on people and making sure they were ok. This was our first time there and by the time we left(almost 5 hours with dinner, shisha, sodas and talking-we were never rushed to pay and leave) we felt like we were old friends with everyone. They were very busy and you could tell that the staff was working in high gear. They had smiles on their faces and they were very friendly and polite the whole time. We don't live in the area but there is no doubt that we will definitely eat there again the next time we are in town. Thank you Zaaki!

Hassaan, the supervisor was very kind towards us. He went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied by the service. His customer service skills are exceptional. I highly recommend you ask for him when you come here. You won't be disappointed, trust me.

Really happy with this place. I have come here few times already. Service has been pretty good and the hookah is really nice. They even have coconut coals. That is a highlight for me. I like smoking coconut coals a lot more than conventional coals.

Awesome service, great food and hookah flavors. It's a truly beautiful place to go, especially at night when the patio lights up. It's enjoyable and not loud. 10/10 would recommend. 😀

The food is excellent, 😋 very delicious!. The place is very clean , the service couldn't be better & the owner is marvelous. Best middle Eastern food iv ever had so far .everything is fresh and made from scratch the price is just right. I recommend to anyone and everyone. Just took my family here for Ramadan iftar. I was absolutely amazed. I have never seen a spread so vast like this ever and I have had iftar and buffets back home in the Middle East. This was absolutely hands down really incredible. The owner is super nice and the staff is very friendly but super busy, as you can imagine, the volume of patrons and the minimal amount of staff on hand. And least not I forget to mention, the food tasted really really good. This is the best iftar in town and soooooo worth the price.

Amazing First time experience. The food was Really delicious, great variety the service was good the environment was fun Hookah was good also. Nice unique location Fun and open late late. I would reccomend it and will go Again

A great place eat at when you're around DC. The food's great, especially those chicken kebabs, they taste amazing. Also, don't forget to try the hookah (shish/nargile) around here, you wouldn't be disappointed.

P.S. I've heard they serve halal food, so that's a plus.

The best hookah bar in the DMV. I’ve been there more than once, the waitresses are amazing and super patient. The manager Saif is one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met, he makes sure that everything is ok every 10 minutes, asks if we are doing fine and asks about the services and how well we are treated here. At the end of the day, i would totally rate this the best hookah bar in the DMV , not to mention how affordable it is.

*They make the best hookah for a lower price than most hookah bars in the area.

What's not to love?!
I used to work at a restaurant so I know a thing or two about restaurants and their functionality
This place is packed and it has 8-10 waiter and waitresses on floor , I'd say it takes 30 minutes for the food to get properly cooked, everything I tried is freshly made, I think that's what's taking 30 minutes but I'd have that over a 3 minute microwaved junk ANYDAY lol, the staff is really friendly and prompt but I guess we all get cranky when we're hungry🌚
I'm a regular at this place have been for the past 3 years and the food and hooka only gets better, the previous setup was a bit shabby but it's so lavish and posh now I love it. There's nothing not to love about this place I strongly recommend it 😊.
