They jammed a safety pin through my brand new Hermes scarf. All I wanted was a light stain removed. Instead of using a sticker mark where the stain was, they decided to use a safety pin. It is permanently damaged. I want a refund and am so disappointed by careless work. Please note the last photo, which, indeed includes a tag, where they could have put the safety pin, instead. Also please don’t just dodge my calls and reply to this review by promising to be more careful. I want a replacement for the scarf you ruined.
