Eggleston Springs Campground

Didn't know this place existed, but we went there to see live music and had a great time. Great people, kids running around having fun, the restrooms were spotless, and there is a cool little gift shop I need to go back to visit. Now we need to save up for an RV!! Great place!

Clean. Ample size camping sites. Boat ramp to the river. Fishing 🎣 seems well. Fire pit worked great for cooking. Wood 🪵🪓 was readly available there. Little gift shop

Fun little campground!!!! Located in a beautiful area with great view of the river. Dave was the nicest human I’ve probably ever met. If you hate trains don’t stay here but as a big train fanatic I quite enjoyed it.

This campground was most definitely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The sites and people were great, the river is beautiful and the live music was always a great time. Dave and Becca were incredible hosts. Always helpful and very nice. We loved staying here. It is definitely one we won’t forget and hopefully we will be back to. Thank you all so much.

Yes- the trains are loud. But the sites are just beautiful and the owners are lovely. There's a cute store with handmade items, the bathrooms are clean. We love this campground!

We had an amazing time. The owner was great had a lot of information about the area on outings we could do and we have a nice peice of glass art to hang in the rv. The trains didn't bother us one bit. We were worried about it from the other reviews but they weren't all that bad. The river front rv sites amazing. We made it down all the roads in and out with a 42 foot 5th wheel no issues some were a little tight but we just took our time. All in all I would recomend to anyone wanting a nice getaway location. Great family owned place.

Cool place, tent camped on the river bank riding motorcycles. Trains coming by added to the experience. Super nice owners, cheap too. Only 6 min ride to town for food / gas / supplies. Definitely come back!

Solo riding cross country, owner was courteous and offered a nicer spot since less light pollution. Warm showers, water in campground and no bear worries make this a top fin on mabdr.

Great campground right on the river! The campsites were clean and dry. The bathrooms also looked like they had been updated recently, they were also clean with a few spiders of course. There are trains that run through the night which can be pretty loud but I didn’t hear anything with ear plugs in.

It's been a year since me and my family have been there I can't get a answer on the phone or facebook! It's very disappointing I would love to go back.

Very nice campground with hot showers, RV hookups, boat launch.

Very friendly owner. The owner made accommodations for us to have full hookup for our stay. That was very much appreciated!
We also did not have to unhook the motorcycle trailer, the site was long enough for 33' RV plus 15' trailer to back into plus room in front of the unit! Railroad tracks literally right behind us but overall camping along creek was very peaceful!
We would stay there again if riding off-road in that area in the future!

Really nice people!!!!! Great place to fish! The trains are not as bad as the website says, although I appreciate the honesty. However the website is accurate about the winding road in be prepared if you have a big rig. We will definitely go back!

Excellent campground. Beautiful scene of the river for relaxation. Be prepared for the train to rumble thru multiple times which didn't bother us....owners were hospitable/friendly. Camping rates were low...20 minutes from Mou tain Lake Lodge.

Anyone giving this place 1 star should just stay at home.

5 stars all the way for me and my expectations of tent camping.

Absolutely beautiful, riverfront sites, well maintained and plenty of space, great management and friendly campers, slow deep water for fishing and hanging out. Good facilities too.

Very clean and hot shower. The owners are very nice. Right next to river. The price was great and the camping spot was awesome with hook ups. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

Favorite place, hands down, to camp. The owner dave is super cool and very nice, camp area is beautiful. Great location, lovely views, sometimes there's chickens and who doesn't love friendly chickens.
