Courthouse Restaurant

This place was the perfect spot to stop and have lunch. The burger was phenomenal. The Club was very filling and tasted fresh. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. I like the decor, it’s different and a little dated but the tables remind me of the diners growing up.

This establishment is fantastic! The food and service was very delightful. The portions they give you are huge, and the coffee was super fresh. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a fresh and tasty meal.

1st time coming here with my husband. We arrived at 1:20pm and got our food within 15min! The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted great and fresh! Great service too!

Absolutely lovely brunch today. Josh, our server, was fast, personable and a total sweetheart. We stopped for breakfast somewhere else and the food had still not been served almost an hour later! Finally walked out and I remembered Courthouse Restaurant. What a difference! They were busy but smiling. We were seated quickly, Josh took our order and the food was there in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious! My eggs were perfect. The bacon cooked just how I like it.
My friend could not stop raving about the cheeseburger. And he is a Burger Guy! This was so refreshing after the experience we just had. Thank you for a great meal and great service!

Breakfast was amazing! Had two eggs your way with sausage links and fried apples. We have our own chickens so it's hard to eat breakfast out but our breakfast had a lot of flavor. We Definitely would come back. Husband had eggs Benedict and said it was awesome.

We stop by from time to time. It's probably one of the most reasonably priced restaurants in Gloucester. They have every comfort food you could want and always good. Nothing fancy but a fantastic family-friendly local staple.

The wife and I stopped by do a late lunch, about 2:15 PM, in the afternoon. They close at 3 PM, but we did not feel rushed. We both ordered the Ruben Sandwich, mine with Fries and Cole Slaw, the wife ordered her's with Potato Salad and Cole Slaw. Both were delicious. The facilities were neat and clean. We will happily visit again.

Service was attentive, polite, and the food reminded my wife and I of the breakfast her grandmother back in Texas use to make. Will be coming back next time we're in the area camping.

This is a family setting, welcoming, relaxed restaurant! The food is excellent, especially the pancakes! We travel from Hampton to the Court House just for the Pancakes!! My granddaughter doesn't want to go anywhere else. Blessings to the staff and owners. Thanks

Absolutely great food. Waitresses are attentive. I was the only minority in the restaurant and I was treated with dignity and respect.

Well I must say this is a hole in the Wall restaurant. The portions were extremely plentiful. The service was awesome. The food was good flavorful and hot. The time and question I had eggs over hard which were seasoned perfectly. The hash rounds crispy on the outside tender underneath. Bacon was crisp. I opted for the sourdough bread for toast. I will dine there again and I recommend it to anyone.

If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast this is the place to come.. specifically if you like egg omelettes

Fast and friendly service. Can't beat free coffee! I had the blueberry french toast special and it had wild blueberries. It was really good. My husband has the regular french toast and liked it. We both had sausage; I had the links and he had the patties. Both tasty and hardy.

Food is always fresh,hot, and delicious! One of my favorite places to eat. Atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and on top of everything. Love it here!! Food always comes out in good time and is always perfect.

What a wonderful find in Gloucester Va. We went for lunch and will be going back. The chicken tender basket, fries and hot apples was delicious. My wife loved her Chili, as did I. If you haven't been, go.
