Burger King

We stopped and used the coupon for two Whopper meals. Most of the workers are younger and most of them forget either the no ice or the no sugar drink or the Splenda on the side request. Maybe they should use some paper or a whiteboard. Or maybe the guy taking the order is not making the notes. So service is not as good as it used to be. But the burgers are. Pretty happy with that. The fries were not fresh and hot but we ate them anyway. A lot of times if I get not fresh fries in the Drive-Thru I will go around to the door and make them replace them. It's just what I do because I'm paying for what I expect to get. All in all we will return to the store because my guy likes it. But we always have to triple check the order. And remind them of at least two elements of the order. Oh well.

The manager Randy super nice is the best customer service in a fast food restaurant have since I move back to Virginia , I be back if he is there

I went to this location on August 21st for dinner and the boy taking my order named Kohle I believe, was extremely helpful and was polite to me and even recommended the Southwest bacon whopper. I ordered the Southwest bacon whopper and it was amazing. I’m hoping to become a regular at this Burger king with the friendly staff and great food

Young brother who's always there and has been there for YEARS...THANK YOU! Because we had to wait like 15 mins in the drive thru line, he comped us large fries and a large drink. Outstanding! Plus I love the 2 King Quarters for $6 this Summer.

I don't understand why this Burger King isn't busier because I always enjoy it!! They service is great. Always quick and friendly, and my order is always correct. The food is delicious. The dining area and rest rooms are always clean. And I've always enjoyed myself whether I'm with someone else or by myself. Thanks Burger King staff! Job well done. :)

Great location incredible burgers as always

Of all the Burger King locations I've been to in the past few years, the Gloucester location is the tops! Courteous and friendly with every customer, no matter the rudeness of the customer! Keep everyone as safe as possible. Good is always fresh there and I've never had any issues here. I'll go out of my way to go to this location and refuse other locations because of the differences. Keep up the great job Gloucester staff! You make the grade! A+

Went there tonight and the crew and management on duty were on point with service, they were fast, professional and, very friendly greeting me when I come in and telling me to have a good night when I left. My food is also hot and tasty. I appreciate the kindness, especially when it is very busy. It was a great overall experience.

What a difference I waited in line at Wendy's 14 min at register with 1 customer in front of me. 1 reg open 1 not working someone working on it. Went across street. Fantastic service excellent food. I'll go back to Bk not Wendy's.

Reggie was awesome this morning, extremely polite and gave me a free apple pie. He is the perfect example of customer service. He will be the manager of something one day.

I came to the location on 6/18/22,,I purchased 3 Whoppers ,fries and a cheeseburger ..The manager who was at the drive thru window was very nice and was a pleasure to have dealt with,,the food I ordered was all hot,,fresh and I could not be happier with my families meal,,the Whoppers all had nice fresh lettuce,onion,tomato and looked as good as they tasted,,the children and I were all very happy and I cant say again the food was just so good and fresh,,,I also do not usually like french fries from a drive thru but even the fries were very hot and not too salty,,,so,,,a wonderful meal and this Gloucester location is my favorite of all Burger KIng locations,,thank you for a yummy dinner for my family and I will be back ~

This by far, is the best fast food restaurant in Gloucester.
The food is excellent, the service is awesome, and the manager, Sharanne, and Assistant James are professional as well as friendly.
You have an excellent drive thru server, Mary, who is friendly and excellent with meal orders. Much better than two other fast food restaurants within the area.
Mary always gets my order correct, which is quite different than Hardees.
If you are visiting Gloucester, Virginia, please stop at Burger King. Make sure you plan to go inside to eat. While there, please, say "hello" to Sharanne, James or Mary.
They always have a warm smile and are delighted to serve you the best burgers, chicken, or fish in Gloucester.

Great customer care awesome customer service

CharAnn was very nice and helpful. She informed us of the delay in getting our food and made sure we were taken care of! Would deal with her anytime!
