Absolutely amazing experience!! Transferred my family plan from Verizon and it was super easy. Abdul the store manager jumped in and cleared all my hesitations and Qasim the sales rep finished everything perfectly. Explained everything properly and set correct expectations. VISIT THIS STORE!!!

I came in needing to add my kids to my plan and to purchase new phones for them, Kim was super nice and friendly. You can clearly tell she cares about the customers asking questions and making sure my kids and I left with everything and with a smile.

I had phenomenal experience dealing with Qasim. He was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure all my questions were answered. What an amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to do business with T-Mobile. Go ask for Qasim if you want extraordinary and remarkable customer service. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Abdul, he asked if I needed any help or what I was looking for. The customer service here is professional. The way Abdul was explaining the difference between Magenta & Magenta Max was very clear. Compared to other service carriers Abdul explained it to me in a way where I would understand. I decided to go home and sleep in what plan I would go for. I talked to Adam the next day and was astonished on how well the customer service is at this location. Adam walked me through on how the plan works and before I asked he told me about some promotions that were going on. Adam was very kind and explained everything nicely. I left a happy customer thanks to Abdul & Adam!!

Qasim was absolutely amazing and helped us with a trade in and adding protection to a BYOD device, will be going back here soon to upgrade my phone.

After several unsuccessful attempts at putting 2 separate screen protectors on my Pixel 6 Pro, I called this store and asked if they had a protector that would fit my phone. They did and even told me they'd install it for me. Augustine, the rep I spoke with on the phone, rung me up, and installed in just a few minutes. Customer service was amazing. Augustine went way above and beyond. I'll definitely be using this shop over the many others in the area.

Great service all the way around. This location’s T-Mobile team was very helpful and friendly to the point one of them worked over an hour past his quitting time to ensure our needs were met. Also, I’ve visited the location multiple times to set up accounts for myself and my older kids and I’ve received expert service each time. I highly recommend anyone needing cellular service to visit this location.

I came in to get a new phone and to create an account with T Mobile and all I can say is they were extremely helpful helping me through the process they explained everything thoroughly for me. Augustine helped me and it is the best experience I have had so Far when it comes to getting a phone.
