Thank you very much to each one for your hard work, everyone is very kind. I especially want to thank Ruben because I left my key lying around and he found it and took it to customer service, and the customer service people kept it and very kindly kept it for me. They returned, and they always keep it very clean and in order inside the store and in the park as well. thank you so much

A great location for Giant when they built this location from the ground up they did it right this was needed here for all the homes and apartments some of which right behind them, they became part of the community this store very nice and clean staff very helpful they help you find and get what you need the bakery has so many freshly made and good items the service so good.they treat you right here.

Convenient location, always clean. I stop in almost every day. But management needs to provide a heater of some kind for the employees that work the Self-checkout during cold weather! That section was freezing because it sits right at the entrance doors! Brrrrrr!

The GIANT at 7235 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042 has been my go to store for everything for over 20 years ! It's clean, the workers are friendly, kind and always helpful! The store has been shifting their products around, I spent 15 minutes searching for Martinelli Sparking Cidar, I went to the cashier Jaime, she went and looked for me, which I really appreciated. Jimmy and Thomas overhead Jaime and I talking and they went on a search in the store as well ! Thomas and Jimmy found the sparking cider out front of the store, I didn't even pay attention when I came in the store. Needless to say, I was grateful, it saved me from running another errand ! I wanted to let the store manger know what great employees he has ! Jaime, Thomas and Jimmy went above and beyond their job, I think they are great and I will be back to see them soon. Thank you !! Excellent produce and bakery. This is a good supermarket experience. Many items on sale.

I rarely go into the actual store anymore so I can't speak for that but the Online Shopping Crew is AMAZING here. I always receive calls about any out of stock items or substitutions, and am always reassured that if I don't receive quality items to call them back and they'd make things right. I wish I caught everyone's names that works on this team but I regularly see two members: Colin & (I'm unsure of the spelling but it sounds like...) Samia?

I'm a regular Sunday shopper. (Samia) called me one time when I placed an order for Monday just to make sure it wasn't a mistake in case I came and my order wasn't ready. Talk about exceptional customer service! It really is the little things that matter!

As for Colin - he really does go above and beyond when going over substitutions and makes it a point to let me know/clear with me if a produce or perishable item is available but is only "best by" or "fresh" for a few more days.

I haven't had any problems with online pickup, and even if I do, they're always resolved accordingly. Great thanks to the entire online shopping team!

Although it’s more expensive than other supermarkets, it’s my favorite place to shop

This location is smaller then the close by locations . Stuff is very nice and helpful

I really like this Giant. It is always stocked with good stuff: from healthy to exotic. To me, it is important to make a one-stop -shop and be able to get all of my ingredients that I need, including wine. :-) I love that they have grass fed meat, organic poultry, and their produce almost always looks good. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is that I rarely see staff walking around to help customers locate items.

Used to shop at this Giant food for EVERYTHING back when I lived down the road from them. They're a good Giant. Got all the stuff you would expect from a large grocery store. Parking has never been a problem. They have a Starbucks, PNC, and a pharmacy all inside so you can get a lot done on one trip.

Clean and organized , was able to find what I needed quickly and things I didn't need. Good amount of snacks if that's what your looking for.

I came in yesterday evening for something and the shelf was bare ! Fortunately, I came across a very customer friendly associate, Nelson, who went to the back and found what I needed. I really appreciate it as I totally didn't expect that positive reaction. Made my day!

Curbside delivery is a great service offered at this location during the COVID pandemic for higher risk people. The staff are courteous and make good selections for fresh produce and use good judgment when substituting for out of stock items.

Excellent grocery store

This is a good quality Giant. First of all it's pretty big which gives you a much larger selection than some of the smaller stores. Staff is friendly and quick to help at checkout.

Giant Food was great. The place is clean and spacious. Easy to navigate and helpful attendants.
