UMass Memorial HealthAlliance - Clinton Hospital - Clinton Campus

My father is 83 years old and has been in the geriatric psychiatry unit for the last month. He has Alzheimer’s. They are trying to help him with his medication. I have been extremely impressed with the social workers that have been managing his case. Both Kristin and Marianne have been incredibly thoughtful and supportive. I have literally been blown away by the level of caring and that they have had with me. They are literally doing their very best to help my father get better so he can move back into his assisted living setting. This is one of the most difficult situations that I’ve ever experienced In my life. But I cannot rave enough That the social workers and the team at this geriatric psychiatry unit have done for my father. If you end up in a similar situation as my family, feel confident that this group Care about the people that they are working with. Absolutely phenomenal!

We had the unfortunate opportunity to visit the ER at Clinton Hospital due to some back issues. I hate going to the doctor. I haven’t seen my PCP in years due to anxiety. From reception to triage and then to the actual ER doctor and nurse that saw me - we had a great experience. Everyone was kind, they didn’t make us feel rushed, and took time helping me understand the options. I so appreciated everyone at the hospital for their kindness.

Kudos to Quinn and Jocelyn and all the staff in the emergency room. My bf Charles and I went in at 4pm and he was taken right away. My bf had a high temp and was in severe pain and Quinn and Jocelyn made his stay very comfortable and he can be a bit grouchy when sick and they made him laugh which helped put him at ease. Highly recommend the staff in the ER!

Been to the emergency room multiple times and it has always been a positive experience. Friendly nurses and the Doctors are fantastic. They get a five star. The rating for UMASS HealthAlliance is a one star. Called to make an appointment with radiology and had to listen to multiple recordings before getting to a human. How many times do you have to listen to "if this is an emergency, please call 911"? Hopefully AI will soon take over management at UMASS as using Mychart and other features to coordinate medical care shows me that management is clueless.

This is not a bad Hospital like other people say I went there twice to the ER in two weeks for the same issue and both times I did a full work up CAT scan, blood work, checked my urine, gave me IV fluids, were very thorough and I didn't even have to ask them to send my primary physician who's out of network the information she had it the next day already they did a great job and I appreciate them. Also a few months back my husband went in with anaphylactic shock and they worked together so quickly and saved his life! great job guys

My husband went to Clinton Hospital ER. He was taken in right away. He was admitted with pneumonia and stayed two days.
Everyone there was wonderful from the moment he walked in until he left. Thank you so much for everything you do.

This is a staple in the town of Clinton. I’m glad that it is there to help the community and beyond in such a tough time in life right now. This hospital staff goes above and beyond to serve the patients, even when it doesn’t seem the night will end. Healthcare workers that serve here are an amazing team and deserve to be celebrated. Especially the hard work of the devoted nurses. Thank you to all caregivers !!!

I've spent way too much time here over the past year BUT there is no other hospital I would rather have for a loved one. The most compassionate, competent staff. Seriously, EVERY SINGLE employee at every level has been terrific to work with! I am SO thankful that my Dad was cared for here rather than another hospital. Emergency room staff and non emergency staff always had time for us even during the busiest of times. I highly recommend this hospital and feel blessed to have this gem in our community. Used the emergency room. A bit of a wait, as there were 6 people ahead of me. Once seen, they were fantastic in seeking ,as well as fixing my problem. The nurse (Audrey) was FANTASTIC!!!

Best hospital I've been too in My life. So quite amazing service and nice ppl. Been help Me since I was a child here never a problem always come out feeling better. Thank you guys❗❗

Every time I get sick I go to the Clinton Hospital. There's no other place that I'd rather go. The place is spotless, personnel is very knowledgeable and with very good bedside manners. In other words, it is a good hospital to go when you are sick!

I love Clinton Hospital. In and out in no time, compared to other hospitals.

Great staff and were very nice! If anything the patients that wont wear masks cough in faces of people that is the only thing I didn't like .

The best emergency ever. I do not wait more than five minutes the doctor nurses the whole crew was very nice. Friendly the hospital was very nice and clean.

Such a great hospital if you have to be in the hospital i so recomend this place they treat their patience with the upmost respect i give it to all the nurses drs staff on such a great job they do with their patience thank you so much for making my stay a great experience
