Shaw's

Beautiful store with a very big selection. Much larger and better than Hannaford. Nice bakery and deli/cheese selections and very well maintained.

I feel safe bringing my service dog here, this is her favorite place to work! the building is accessible for mobility aids as well. the staff here are super friendly, enough so that my service dog definitely has her favorite employees. dog treat and dog food options have become better in the past few years! produce is always fresh. store isn’t too crowded most of the time. sometimes people bring their pets in which is kind of annoying but there’s not much you can do, they’re usually harmless and i stay far away from them.

Visited on a Friday early afternoon. This is a very local store to me so I have been in here probably close to a 1000 times over 20+years. Today I was part of a 3 way interaction between 2 employees and myself over a stock question I had about a particular item. As I was heading out one of the employees involved had taken my question to the customer service desk and another employee was going to assist me. Thank you the associate that took the time to try and get me an answer. The associate that came to help from the CS area was exceptionally helpful, knew the issue on the item, got the right person to see if there was any additional stock in the back(there was ! awesome). When I thanked them for taking time to help me I learned that she was the store manager.
What really stuck with me was the ease in which she took my question and offered to help. It was not a typical exchange between an employee and customer. After only a few seconds I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years and telling her about the weird interaction I had earlier. She listened to me, offered her view on it, and we genuinely had a meaningful discussion about what might have been going on. That level of communication and understanding with a retailer is stupendously rare these days and I am very grateful to have had the chance to discuss it with them. This was a win/win. I was able to express the unease I felt by witnessing it , and they get a deeper explanation of the dynamics involved and will be able to monitor and address it if needed.

Excellent deli with prepared foods and multiple varieties of cheeses and meats!

Neighborhood grocery store. Friendly crew, clean store. Prices are a bit high. But quality is A+. Hey - please carry Bachman big bags of thin pretzel stix. Original, not oven-flamed baked. We eat a ton of them and have to drive to Marlborough to get them at Price Chopper! =)

Last week I placed an order with Shaw’s in preparation of a 60th Birthday party. I ordered cupcakes, 2 large platters of wings (honey & buffalo) and a platter of roll up sandwiches and a platter of traditional sandwiches. I placed the sandwiches and cupcakes two days earlier than the wings. When placing the order for the wings I put down the wrong pick up date. I rec’d a call from the Manager who was on “TOP” of his game and noticed I had two different pick up dates. Ty so much for saving the day! Also I rec’d so many compliments on the platters of wings. The wrap sandwiches were also a hit! Ty to the wonderful Manager and thank you Shaw’s for the availability of this convenience of this service.

I received the BEST customer service I've had in a long time at Shaw's, Clinton, MA tonight. Pam, the manager helped us locate an uncommon item and wouldn't give up until she found it. THEN I needed a battery jump and she came to the rescue. A smile on her face the whole time. The world needs more people like Pam. Shaw's should be very happy to have her representing their brand. Thank you.

Hi my is Bob my favorite shaw's store is leominster. All employees at Clinton store are really good to excellent. Your store needs a remodel in a huge way. It is messed up when you walk into the store. Very bad setup. Sorry to be so negative
I shopped groton mostly leominster wish it could be more like leominster I am still going to shop at ur store in Clinton employees are really nice. (I use to work for a small supermarket called donelans for 27 years)

Customer service is good. The store is clean & well stocked with a variety of products. The bakery has a nice assortment of goods at a reasonable price point.

I want to personally thank Shaw's and Helga for the donation they make to Clinton Hospital. Instead of trashing flowers that have reached their peak date, they instead donate them to the hospital. These flowers are then used by our occupational therapy department with our patients for arranging. The joy these simple flowers bring to our patients is so wonderful to see. Those with alzheimers are reminded of colors, watering, and often recall stories of receiving or giving flowers. Such a simple gesture that brings such great joy. Thank you so much

I love Shaws!!! We go there all the time now and I love the monopoly game haha!! Thank cashiers are nice and the woman in the meat department helped me out a lot last wed!!! She is a sweetheart!!!

Good selection but a little bit more expensive than others. Very friendly staff.
The building has had a nice make over and everything looks great.

Super helpful, kind staff. When my 12 pack of root beer fell off the underside of my shopping cart and exploded in parking lot they immediately got me a new one. Thank you!!

I been going to the shaws in Clinton and the cashier the goes out of her way to make sure my shopping experience was pleasant always asking if I found everything alright never was asked that before her name is Jenna I think she deserves a raise,she knows and does her job perfectly

AWESOME above and beyond service their counter for UPS pick up was closed already but when i asked at what time to come back for it they just made it happen for me! Soo grateful amazing service

The personnel there are very nice and also helpful. I like to go there for the sales. They are the closest one to me as leominster closed. They are going to send me the weekly circular in the mail.

Well run store, needs updated lighting though kinda yellowish.
