This animal clinic is hands-down the best I've ever experienced for treatment for our family bunny! From the moment we called to schedule, we felt like our pet was in good hands. The receptionist was kind and helpful, fitting us in quickly. When we arrived, the vet techs were incredibly gentle and patient with my anxious pet.
The Veterinarian was phenomenal. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and offered multiple treatment options. We never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. Their expertise and genuine love for animals was obvious.
The entire staff went above and beyond – they followed up after our appointment, and their prices were fair. I'm so grateful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable team. This clinic is a true gem, and I highly recommend them to any pet owner! It's worth the drive.

Brought our 8 week old Boston Terrier in on Monday night. The day after getting from the breeder to get checked out. They were open until 7 which allowed us to get an 6 pm appointment so we could go after work. Everyone was friendly and couldn’t wait to see Stevie. The staff walked us through best options and a vac plan. We have all appointment schedule months out. They followed up multiple times to check in on her and how she was doing this week. We couldn’t be happier. Great place.

We have alway received excellent care for our pets! We brought Oscar in for his annual check and had all our questions answered. He is always treated very lovingly, and is excited to greet everyone.

My dog recently had a surgical procedure performed at Gardner Animal Care. From the initial office visit to his 2 week post-op appointment vet staff provided education, support and thoughtful, competent care.

I welcomed the follow up phone calls from the staff. These calls provide the opportunity to ask questions, and support a good customer service experience.

Lindsey and the entire boarding team are great. We recently boarded both of our dogs for a week when one of them became ill. Lindsey and the team were great about communicating what the issue was, getting a vet appointment for her, and administering medication. We always felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands and well taken care of while we were away, and we appreciated the updates they provided!

Brought my little guy Milo so he can get a nasty looking thing that appeared on the back of his skin and let me tell you , The employees here are just amazing. Not only were they extremely nice but they were very gentle with my cat. They explained what they were going to do to him, they explained very well how to give him his medication and all! Another thing I absolutely loved was how they did a check up a few days later. They called me asking me how he was doing with the medication , asking me if I seen anything out of the ordinary. Honestly 10/10!

We’ve been here with our 2 dogs for about 6 months now. They’ve had their yearly checks, my puppy goes to doggy daycare, and my German Shepard has been groomed there. I have no complaints on any of the services so far. I am very happy we made the switch!

I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism shown after taking our dog Preston to Gardner Animal Care Center for the first time. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area and exam rooms were very clean and well maintained. We were able to make sure our Preston got the medications he needs to prevent his seizures and I'm confident going forward he is getting the best care possible. I also love the PetDesk app they use, it makes booking and keeping track of appointments and medications so easy. There's also a reward system where you can earn perks like a free nail trim or money off an exam. With another dog and two cats in our family we will definitely be returning customers!

I had a sad but very good experience with Gardner animal Care center. They are the only exotic vet in my area. I was glad to find them. My poor lizard needed to be put down. I thought we were going in for antibiotics but the vet was very honest with me and compassionate in terms of letting me know how we should proceed. It was a sad experience, but the way the vet and staff handled the situation helped immensely!

Dr. Cox was amazing with my ferret Bean. She really took the time to educate me and answer my questions. Reception was also super nice and kind throughout this whole process. My first time here and I felt so welcome

Since we found GACC, we've never considered going anywhere else. Our dogs go on 'vacation' when we need to board them, and they genuinely get excited about going. The staff are wonderful, and they care about each of our pets, seemingly as much as we do.

I would recommend everyone here. 1000%

A great place to get pet care. Very attentive, knowledgeable and competent. When my pets needed to put to sleep, they were very considerate and made the circumstances easier to deal with.

A very positive experience. First time there, all staff were nice but also knowledgeable. Everything was handled well and we received a follow-up call the next morning to check up on my puppy.

From the groomers to the techs to the vets, every experience we have had had been wonderful! Teddy is an anxious little rescued Shih Tsu, and the entire staff has treated him and us with care and compassion. They have even called me on the weekends to follow up! I can't imagine taking my fur baby anywhere else!

I’m so happy we selected GACC when we moved to Gardner. Everyone we’ve come in contact with, front desk staff, technicians and vets have all taken good care of us and our four pets. Highly recommend.

Gina at the front desk was able to get me in quickly to see a vet when our dog had an emergency. They addressed all our concerns and they went above and beyond to make our dog feel comfortable!

Very friendly staff! My pup has anxiety with new places and they made it so easy for him to feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
