I had received 1 large ice coffee, 1 coke and two donuts, and paid $32.65 from my card. I gave a bad review for this store. It turned out the issue was Grubhub, which double charged. They also had the wrong Dunkin Donuts. My coffee was delicious and everything else

This store has come a very long way! Awesome management team great customer service! It's also helpful when customers don't come in with horrible attitudes and treat the staff like crap. Trying being nicer it gets you a long way. Keep up the good work guys!!

Dunkin is my go to coffee place. The coffee and donuts are always fresh. We even buy the k cups so we can make it at home. I have stopped at many Dunkins and am amazed at the consistent quality.

Usually fast service, I use the mobile app to order ahead as they are always busy. Very friendly staff/service.

these people were friendly and fun I applied for a job there while in Massachusetts.... they don't have and Dunkin Donut shops where I live I joked with a Man working there, he laughed that's weird the slogan is America runs on Dunkin... my son loved to run around and eat donut holes with his little cousin and older cousins and they have free wifi....

This location is great. The staff is friendly and they always make the order correctly. That's more than I can say about other locations nearby.

Really great service. Last time I was there, they were out of chocolate milk. Instead of sending me on my way, they made chocolate milk for my kids. Totally above and beyond what they needed to do

Best coffee & best bacon egg & cheese on a croissant, u have to try the boston cream donuts, the best & all fresh.

This location has the best coffee in the area along with their food products, stay away from the Dunkin's Coffee at the John Fitch Location in Fitchburg MA its the worse I've ever purchased taste like it's burnt, bitter and like its been setting there all day I will drive to this location instead or just stay at home and drink some water

There frozen coffee is great....they have alot of different coffee flavors and a wide variety of bagels, donuts, and sandwiches
