Comfort Suites Suffolk - Chesapeake

I stayed here and checked out... hours later I realized I lost my wedding band. I called the hotel. Staff... housekeeper Erin, had scoured my room and located it and called me back to retrieve. Many hotels would not have gone the extra mile in these circumstances. Thank you Comfort suites and especially Erin.

This is a very nice place. The room is very clean and well light it, the staff is very friendly, if you go out back, there is a huge open field with an outdoor patio you can sit in and it is very peaceful and beautiful.

This is a hidden Gem!!! We have stayed at many Choice Hoteks as well as Embassy Suites, this is by far our favorite. First upon entering the pleasant smell was amazing and everyone was asking what is the fragrance. Then we were Blessed by the front desk staff Shamier, Keyaira and Antonio. Then entering into a very clean room by the housekeeper Keisha. This hotel is extremely clean and you can tell the staff works with pride. The bed is very comfortable with 5 small pillows and plenty of sitting rooms. The view was very nice. This hotel was quiet inside and out and across the street is Sentara Hospital. You are 5-10 min from shopping, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The bathtub is very large and so many channels on the TV for everyone to enjoy. There is plenty of parking. The best part is they have an indoor pool, hot tub and Fitness Center. I totally enjoyed them. My only disappointment was there are no towel racks for wet swimsuit or wet towels, they have wooden shelves. We loved this area so much plan on moving here. We will definitely be back and next time stay inside The Presidential Suite which I heard they have several. This Comfort Suite is amazing because the employees provide Customer Service Beyond Excellence. I do hope they are getting paid beyond the normal because they are so deserving of it. It is the Employees that give hotels a great name because they work with Pride.

This hotel has a lot of visitors who smoke pot so it is very smelly. We where a bit worried for our 2 year old so but in all things were ok.

This hotel is great location to stay night rest driving from PA to Outer Banks. Suites are huge with separate sleeper sofa, super comfy king size beds, fridge w freezer, microwave and single serve coffee pot. Has indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast buffet was decent and is 6-9 am. Only issue was checking in as it was late after 9pm but only 1 staff at front desk. Felt bad for her as she had line of 5 guests including us to check in and 3 hotel guests waiting for extra towels or to buy drink/snacks.

We enjoyed staying here. The price was great as well as the location. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice and very accommodating even when an issue arises.

This hotel is well located in North Suffolk. The rooms are spacious and well groomed and decorated. Their staff at the front desk was very attentive and highly trained to the industries' needs for its guests.

I will revisit! Breakfast wasn't bad either!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Norfolk. It's only about 15-20 minutes from the Zoo and the Chrysler which we came to see. The rooms where clean and modern. The breakfast was good both days. The location is really nice because it's at the end of an isolated road so you're not in the middle of a city with all the noise and issues that brings. It feels nice and safe to come back to at the end of a day. Really enjoyed my stay.

The best hotel to serve corn beef hash first thing in the morning! Breakfast was hot every morning! The place could use some upgrades but would definitely stay again.

Super clean. Everything was very nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were great to use on the cold days we were there!. They provided towels in pool area so you didn't have to use the ones from your room. Small Concessions and bottled drinks by the check in counter. Breakfast was delicious. (I do wish both waffle irons were working. One family took up the iron that was functioning for over 30 min). Front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Super helpful for anything we need. I will return here in the future.

Everything was great, new, and clean. Pool, exercise room, and full breakfast. 👍 The staff was professional, courteous, and personable.
Everything about this hotel deserves five stars, but, my one personal issue was that the water didn't get very hot, (I like to take hot showers). It was consistently warm both days I was there though.

I checked into the Hotel April 20, 2021 and Have stayed till May 25th. The Front Desk Personnel is Outstanding. Friendly and Professional. Helping with any needs you may have. The Room nice sized and Bed comfortable. Nice sized TV. Nice hot shower. Great location to go to Mall and Dining. Very Satisfied with my stay!!!!

We just checked out of this hotel today and we're very pleased with our entire stay! Our room was very clean and the hotels location was central to everything. Virginia, the evening desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The only negatives I can think of are the elevators are kinda slow and the day time desk clerks could use some lessons from the evening staff on friendliness. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was the best in the area. The staff was friendly and engaged in conversation. The breakfast consisted of correctly cooked eggs and sausage. They had great coffee that I would say resemble Dunkin. The rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything smelled and looked clean. This location is smoke-free.

This was my second year in a row staying at this hotel while driving down on vacation. Since I knew about this vacation for a year, I was able to book my hotel in August of last year. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queens each. Once I got there, one room was correct and the other was not. The manager Francisco handled the issue very well. I got extremely good customer service and the rooms, even though one was not the one I ordered, were very clean and nice. It was nice to see a business acknowledge they were wrong and made the issue right. I will definitely stay there again.

The suite was spacious and perfect for an overnight romantic getaway with my husband. The hotel's location is in a quiet corner or town with minimal traffic and the hotel staff was kind and very accommodating when we arrived. Breakfast was sub-par but I think it was just it was the hot items of the day, not an everyday option. I did see the breakfast staff make a non-pork meat substitute for a patron and that was good to see. Easy access to the highway; we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a wedding I was invited to hotel room was a good size. Vending machines on site pool was inoperable. Close proximity to stores. Hotel was clean. Price was decent compared to other hotels in proximity.
