Bought a beautiful shelf that was extremely heavy. It took 8 guys to get into its place. Guys did an extremely great job of getting it into the house and located where we wanted it.

Friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the store. Gave me so much information and was extremely helpful and kind. Delivery men were so respectful and clean and were very courteous of the property and wore gloves so that they didn’t get the furniture dirty when they carried the furniture in the house. I was completely pleased with this company! They are a class act!!

Bought a flexsteel couch and we are very happy with the purchase and experience. William and his team delivered the piece and we could not have had a better experience. He took the time to place the couch where we wanted and went through the controls, showing us all the features.

Wonderful company. The salesperson Jenny was fantastic, knew the products, was fun and kind and cut us a good deal. The delivery was exceptional. Very conscientious delivery personnel. A great all-around experience.

Our salesperson, Pam Breen, went above and beyond with her knowledge and advice when we were choosing our furniture. She was patient and made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We had to delay the delivery due to work being done on our house, which was honored, and the crew who delivered our furniture was competent and careful in setting it up. All in all, our experience with Baer’s was a positive one and we’ll certainly go there for future purchases. And we’ll recommend them highly to anyone in the market for furniture.

Our salesperson, Lynda, was very helpful without being overbearing. The delivery crew did a nice job and were professional. The bedroom furniture we purchased is the nicest set in our house. We are impressed with the quality.

I’m very pleased with the sectional, rug and bookcase units. Our Sales Professional took time with us and was so patient. All looks great the furniture was delivered as promised.

The delivery went smoothly. They arrived a little early, so they waited for us to arrive 10 minutes later. The trucker was polite and nice to speak to. The sofa sleeper looks great!

I love my new chair! Joe Rasmussen was my fabulous consultant. He was both informed and attentive. The delivery window was 3 hours (10:15am - 1:15pm) and they showed up, on the dot, at 10:15am. Great experience all the way around!

I’ve got several interesting and unique pieces at Bears in the last few years. Exceptional delivery service with great guys that help get it set up and of course wonderful sales and assistance with Gini at the Port Charlotte store.

I bought an accent chair and when it was delivered the delivery guys left black fingerprints on each top corner of the chair. I am just wondering why the chair was not covered in plastic until it was put in the house. I am getting another chair to replace it but why not do it right the first time. It saves a lot of hassle of both parties involved. I received the replacement chair in a matter of days and I am very happy with the new chair!

Ordered a new chair, came in during timeframe expected, delivered on time , overall good experience . Communication was very good with office and delivery personnel. I would stay away from their aftermarket “protection plans”
