These are the kindest, most helpful people you'd ever want to do business with. Had some issues with the code to gain access in the beginning. Even at 3-4 am they are very nice and willing to go the extra mile to solve your problem as soon as possible. The prices on the storage units are reasonable. They are willing to work with you. I chose this company because they were the newest facility in Charlotte County, which means it's very clean. They never charged me a dime in administration fees or deposits and even when my payment was late didn't try to auction off my things. Their customer service is phenomenal and they treated me with understanding and professionalism, that's why I love places that are family owned and operated they actually sympathize.

Been Here for over a year, best prices, service and facility in town. Anytime I have come to the storage facility it has been incredible clean including the public bathroom spotless. I feel my things are safe and security here and have always been very happy with the people and the place.

As a professional organizer, I have been in many many different storage facilities. I can tell you that this one is By Far the cleanest and best run facility I have been to in SWFL. The owner and their employees work hard to maintain a clean environment and it shows. If I had to store some things, I'd bring them here to do that.
