Much desired on food delivery to table though no straws no napkins most of time missing something

Margaret was at the window when i paid. She is always extremely pleasant. and always has a treat waiting for my dog! She is awesome

This McDonald's really improved. My burger was hot and cooked just right. The bun was fresh not stale. Fries could have been served more hot though. The woman at the drive through was very nice. I gave five stars because it seems like they are really making an effort to please the customer, like days of old. Great kid current management and staff.

Just stopped for breakfast. The sausage burrito was very good and hot and delivered to our table quickly. The tables in the dining area was pretty clean and the staff friendly.

Good double cheeseburgers and chicken and fish sandwichs.

Love this Mcdonald's; my first time coming here, I had a Filet-O-Fish meal with Mcnuggets and an M&M Mcflurry. I go to Kutztown for school, so I was worried about the food getting cold, but it miraculously didn't and I was able to enjoy my meal. However, I was very happy because this location gave me a Shamrock Shake when they were supposed to. I went to the Mcdonald's in Temple and Laureldale and they just said they weren't serving it at the moment (This was late February). This location thankfully gave it to me without issue. Love this location and I'm definitely going to come back.

We ate most recently at the Leesport McDonald's location. Food quality and service were great! The store was clean! Typically franchised locations, some are run better than others. Fresh beef being used is much better quality and long overdue! Keep it going!

This McDonald's has always been consistent in getting my order correct and making it promptly. This is my go-to McDonald's if I'm in the mood for fast food.

I’m actually sitting here eating my food as I write this review. I got my food in less than 2 minutes. I was still getting my drink when they had it ready. It’s clean in here and the staff was very friendly. It’s crazy because I never write reviews good or bad, but since I don’t often get such good service in McDonald’s, I felt the need to write a review. I think I’ll be using this one more often.

My wife and I purchased the 2 for $5 sandwiches, shared french fries and each had a soda. Our food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, with friendly staff. It was a nice experience!

This was the best ,McDonald's I've ever had . This is a great m cdonalds to eat at. I always request my food fresh and get it that way with no issues. And the gentleman, David, who runs the drive thru during the day is a class example of what customer service means!

This McDonald's has a fast drive through and food is always hot. I would say sometimes the fries aren't salted but other than that very good.

Clean as a whistel. Grabbed a fast cup is delicious coffee to go and used the bathroom to wash my hands. Very neat and clean.

Fantastic food, still a pity they don't have the Shamrock Shake all the time, is fantastic, better than strawberry, chocolate or vanilla, hope they add it to the regular menu.

Food was hot. Fries were prepared with new oil. Fresh crisp & hot. Fish fresh, crisp & hot as well.

Always fast service and order always correct. Hey can sure handle a lunch rush 😊👍🏻 awesome job
