I reached out to AITS for assistance in getting to the airport and then home again upon our return and the entire experience was a good one. Damon was on time picking us up for our departure as well as at the airport upon our return. We exchanged pleasant conversation which we discovered much in common. Mrs. Watts is a genuinely kind-hearted and brilliant woman. After Lyft abandoned me at 7pm the night before a scheduled pickup at 3am Tiffany saved the day! She was on time, her cab was clean, and she drove all the way from Portsmouth just to help me make my flight. Thank you so much!

Used this company to get my family of 4 to the airport. Great customer service, very reliable, and had a carseat for my 4 year old. Upon return from our trip we were able to book them again, and even though the flight came in a bit early, they were there! I recommend using them for your taxi needs.

I was stranded and desperate on the side of the road, miles from any service station or auto parts store. I made contact with this taxi service and they were professional and prompt for me, arriving to pick me up and to go to an auto parts store and return to my vehicle. In minutes I was able to continue my travels. Their taxi service was a "life saver" for me (it was after sundown and was raining a bit and cold outside). Thanks and thanks... :)

My husband is military on a ship and my car is currently in the shop I’m pregnant and didn’t want to take Uber but I was also a bit afraid to use a Taxi but they’re attentive and professional and got me safely to AND from my destinations. Will definitely use again until my car is out the shop!

I recently used American International Taxi for a ride to the airport from Chesapeake. I reserved my ride ahead of time. Tiffany was responsive in calling to confirm my schedule and also came early. This was also during a tropical storm. They were great!
