Hoyt Park

It was nice to just take a walk and enjoy the trail .

Was there for the beer fest. It was a great time. Your beer garden is beautiful! Makes you feel like you are in Germany!

This is a chance to experience the quiet piece of a Wisconsin woodland in the middle of the city. The water makes a quiet, bubbling, sound, as the birds sing nearby.

This park is really clean with great trails running along the river. It was really relaxing and hope to come back to picnic.

Awesome park. There's a playground, pool and waterpark, picnic areas, concession stand and a beer garden. We went there for the beautiful wooded walking trail next to the water. Definitely a new favorite park!

I had no idea that Hoyt had such an extensive hike and biking trail system. I liked it for the nice pool. I love it for the biking trails. The trails are moderately challenging to very easy. There are enough trails that you could spend hours biking there. They could put out a trail map though so you know where to go.

Wonderful food and Bier Garten! Had a blast at trivia. Definitely recommend. Favorite Beer is Optimator for sure

Went here for a birthday party. Their lot spaces are very large and great for parties! Park was very clean, no trash laying around, plenty of garbage cans for trash. Drove by the swimming area which looked SO FUN! Waterslide, pool, and plenty of sunbathing space and lounge chairs.

Great park for a stroll

The city of Wauwatosa really keeps this place beautiful and clean. The park has a few walking/biking trails that I occasionally walk. The beer garden is also a nice place to grab a drink, eat a GIANT pretzel and listen to a local band.

GREAT park!!! Cross the Menomonee river and stop under the stone archway for a beautiful picture. Look down at the rapids and continue into Hoyt Park. Just off the beautiful Menomonee River Parkway with hiking trails that feel like you are far away from the city, picnic spots, and big playground for kids. Now include a super popular beer garden and great hall, food, pizza, and ice cream AND a new pool with a slide, diving boards, lap lanes, and a zero depth section with water park like fun for the kids. What's not to love?

I have not been to Hoyt park since my childhood in the 70'a and 80's. Of course it seemed much larger back then. It is nice to see it is still as clean and family welcoming as it has always been.

Such a wonderful park with so much to do! The Bier garden is beautiful; it offers live music and trivia along with great beer. The pool is a great place to cool off, and the park is very well taken care of. I love that the path leads into the village as well!

Price of swimming increased quite a bit since I last went swimming. Nice environment. Clean pool. Me and the kid had a blast
