Ken Williams was our realtor. We are from out of state and wanted to buy our retirement home. We had been looking at homes for almost two years. Ken is exceptionally knowledgeable with anything in Punta Gorda. I contacted him two weeks before we had a planned trip for Punta Gorda to look at a few homes. He made us a priority since we were on a limited time schedule. He showed us a couple of homes we wanted to see. He listened to what was most important and then chose a few homes for us to see. On our own we found a couple more homes we wanted to see. He obviously knew we wouldn’t like those homes, but he got us very quick showings. We spent less than 5 minutes in those homes. We ended up purchasing a home that he found for us. He did an amazing job getting us a a great deal. He is very thorough. He is just an excellent realtor.

He also helped us find a manager for the home to rent until we are ready to retire. She is also with 5 Star. Her name is Libbie Scherer. She has been so quick and efficient getting our home ready to rent at a reasonable cost. Also she was able to get our house rented in less than two months from closing during this past winter holiday.

Sandra & I first met Sharon Huck over 5 years ago at an open house in Punta Gorda FL. As we were looking to buy a home. Years past by and we decided to start looking again. Brian was very knowledgeable in all the things to consider when buying vacant land, and took the time to educate us on every thing that we needed to know. My fiancé and I just purchased a spec home in Port Charlotte from Divine Home Development. Sharon Huck was the realtor for the company and she was phenomenal from start to finish. We called and looked at the home when it was just studs and concrete block. Sharon was very knowledgeable about the quality of the construction and expertise of the contractor. With all the supply chain crisis and set backs in these crazy times, the home was built and finished within a very reasonable time frame. After we closed Sharon came by our new home and brought us a bottle of Chandon, glasses filled with delicious chocolates, a beautiful vase, and a thank you card. She was always so professional and accommodating. It’s great meeting and getting know such wonderful people who do great work! Sharon and her team come highly recommend by Gleason/Holt family!

Ken Williams was my agent for selling my house. He guided me every step of the way and responded immediately whenever I called. My wife Cindy and I live out of state and we wanted to invest in a condo in Florida for our future. We worked with Sheri and she was fantastic. Jeff and Robyn were amazing. They worked diligently to assist the buyer of my home with the sale of their home. Since I had already relocated, Jeff hired contractors and provided oversight in getting minor repairs made prior to listing and after the sales contract repairing items identified during the inspection.

Very Professional. I used Five Star to rent my condo out for the season. Libbie and Jan were just awesome. Libbie coached us on what to do to make our unit rent. We received monthly folios and they took care of all the financial issues and deposited our check in our account monthly. Jan took care of two minor problems in the unit during the rental. I had a land was listed with other large agent company for 8 months, but didnot sale, after I switch to Five Start Mr. Frank Moore. my land sold in couple of weeks. Mr. Frank Moore did great job, he did a careful reserch of the location, and new development, he puts the right information with the right price on the market. Then a cash buyer offed good price for it. we closed the deal before the Holidays. Its a good Holiday gift to me. I am very happy with Mr. Frank Moore and his team's work. I will use their service again if I have more business in this area.
