We just completed the purchase of our second home in Florida and Della was there for us - again! Almost two years ago, she guided us through the process and made us feel at ease throughout.

Once we told Della what we had in mind for a second house, she kept us informed of what was on the market and updated us regarding price changes for homes that met our criteria. In the end, with her patience and guidance, we were able to close on our “Dream Home” in Punta Gorda.

We are very experienced real estate developers from the Midwest and have done handfuls of transactions without a real estate agent. I want to preface this by saying that I am very experienced in real estate transactions and usually purchase property without the aid of a Realtor. I also am a former Building Official from the Midwest and know my way around construction. That being said, we would NEVER purchase in Florida without Della by our side!

Della Booth is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She helped us first rent a home when we were transferred from Michigan to Florida, and it was the easiest part of our move. Then, a year later she helped us find and purchase our dream home and though buying a home can be stressful, I wouldn't have wanted to go through it with anyone other than Della. Della Booth is beyond awesome! We were absentee landlords and were devastated after a property mgt firm allowed our house to be destroyed. While we were plotting our next steps a flyer for Time Realty Services/Della Booth arrived in the mail. That's when our nightmare began to turn around. Della immediately shared reputable contractors who she trusted to make the necessary repairs. She walked us thru what to do and equally important what NOT to do to prepare the property for sale. Once the property hit the market showings were non stop and she kept us abreast every step of the way. A week before we were to close on the sale of the property a setback violation was discovered and a variance would be required. Again Della Booth guided us thru the process and actually attended the zoning boards variance hearing on our behalf. The variance was granted and we closed on the sale 2 days after that. If you want a real estate agent who doesn't quit despite the challenges I strongly recommend Della Both and Time Realty Services!!
