IHG Army Hotels Mackintosh Buildings

I came down to visit my handsome and was able to spend more time than planned. I needed to look for a hotel, and IHG on post had availability on such short notice; I was able to check in early, too, which helped. This hotel is so lovely inside and out. It even had a stovetop and sink, too, which is nice to know for next time. For heads, finding parking after 1600-1700 can be tricky; the parking lot gets filled fast. Also, the lovely lady at the front desk did mention that once I know when I'm coming down again to try to book early because of graduations and holidays, they fill up fast. Everything was damn near perfect. I will sure be coming back soon.

Been having a great experience. All the staff members have been so kind and accommodating that I had to shine light on the great customer service and hospitality my wife and I received.

I had a little hiccup that was completely out of the staffs control and Merrisa went above and beyond for it to be resolved. I told her this wasn’t anyone’s fault, but she reassured that she wanted my wife and I to enjoy ourselves here and thanked me for my service as a service member and it really made my day.

Stayed here before with my lady. Very nice hotel and right on base for an incredible price. The staff is great, and I will be staying next time I'm in the area. Glad there is an option for veterans and retirees opposed to the higher priced lower quality options off base.

Having stayed in numerous hotels across the country and abroad, IHG here at Fort Lee is hands down one of the finer hotels provided on any military installation. I am extremely impressed by not only the dedication of the staff, but even more so in their commitment and professionalism. They go out of their way to ensure the entire experience is enjoyable.

I hadto take a minute to highlight Frann, a customer service rep, on Friday, Jun 18, 2021. Where to begin with this encounter. She first assisted me with an extension issue over the phone with speedy ease and understanding.

Next, when I had to come to the front desk to resolve the issue, she greeted me with Charm, undestanding, and working knowledge of the issue.

Lastly, she complemented me on my attire, wished me a happy father's day and a good Friday. This genuine person is a valuable asset to this hotel, and deserves a pay raise on the spot. If you are on a management team reading this, please highlight her!

Completely remarkable. The rooms are clean, well kept. The staff is very friendly and courteous. One of the best hotel experiences on or off a military installation

Great hotel, I have had the pleasure of staying here for the past 16 weeks. There is a nice pool and bar downstairs with good food for a low price.

Very clean rooms! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while on base.
