McKinley D. Was amazing at her customer service skills. She was very helpful and very kind while helping me with my banking needs. I'm pretty sure somebody was trying to scam me on social media and I confided in her to see what I should do and she said that it was probably a scam and I am grateful for her advice she probably saved me thousands of dollars from being stolen. This young lady deserves a pay Increase. Great vbes.

Nicholas Jones took great care of me getting a contract notarized. Quick and efficient, yet he took the time to review the contract and made sure both parties signed and initialed every portion.

I’ve been a Bank of America customer since 2007. I was part of the security detail when The Bank of America Tower was being erected in NYC. Their representatives have always showed professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Before relocating to Florida, I researched the nearest Bank of America. The representatives have treated me like those in NY. Also, phone customer service representatives are very attentive and professional. My Banking institution will always be Bank of America.

Our banker Mercy D Medina was fantastic, so personable and helpful. She made time to help us and explain everything we needed. We will be coming back and recommending her to everyone we know.

I have been banking at this location for the past 2 years and I can say that I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Super clean environment, well organized, with employees that all want to do is help your every need. Maby, my personal teller, has been handling my transactions since I started and she is the most courteous person when it comes to dealing with my finances. I highly recommend this location, but better yet Maby herself.
