The Chang’s have been taking care of my car for a couple years now and I can say with confidence they are the best mechanics around. Especially as a woman, it’s very difficult trying to find an honest mechanic and this family goes above and beyond! They explain everything thoroughly so you’re never in the dark, they have fair pricing, and are very timely. 10/10 would recommend!

Mr. Chang and his son did a phenomenal job diagnosing and repairing my SUV. They went above and beyond to ensure I was provided with all of the options prior to starting service. Service was swift and simple. Their customer service was exceptional. They will be my new car service location for many years to come!

I had an issue with my car stalling out and the check engine light came on. The people at autozone recommended Chang's Car Car. I am not sorry...even though they were back up because of hurricane Ian. Mr.Chang was able to fit me in ,since I had no other transportation. They found the problem and repaired the vehicle at a really reasonable price. I was happy and thankful. I hasten to add, I have my 2000 camry for over 20 years and have seen a few shops....but Chang's is by far one of the best.👍

Just arrived on vacation from Michigan and my car brakes down, thankful the tow truck driver recommended Chang's. I can't say enough good things about how professional and honest and quick this shop is, they got this tourist car back on the road quickly and at a really reasonable price. Locals are lucky to have a mechanic like this and if you are from out of town like me and have a car issue, bring it to Chang's.

Very nice and they did a great job recharging my ac. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained in details the service. It was fast and very affordable. I plan to go back for other maintenance services.

Chang's has been taking care of both of our cars for about three years now. Chang's is consistently about 1/3 cheaper than other shops and on more than one occasion, he gave me a quote that was half of what the dealership wanted for the same work. In addition to lower prices, Chang's is honest and so forthcoming in the work they do. Instead of scare tactics that run up the bill, Sylvester and the team tell us what is an urgent need, and what can wait. They are extremely knowledgeable and so very kind. Chang's has also given us a ride to work from the shop and even let us borrow his personal car over the weekend when a part got delayed from the warehouse! This place is an institution in Sanford and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Sylvester is the best! He's so welcoming and I know my car is in great care with him. He takes the time to go over everything and is very patient. I would never take my car anywhere else! Always a pleasure getting maintenance at Chang's.

On my day of service I had the pleasure of working with Sheldon. I called to schedule an appointment, and words can't describe his level of professionalism. My car was actually completed the same damn. I'm new in the area and I'm happy to have found this business.

I needed an alternator repair, and it happened out of the blue completely. They did the repair same day that I had the car towed, and they even picked me up when I couldn't find a ride to get the car before they closed!

They are extremely honest, reliable, and I am definitely coming back here again. And I highly recommend you come here too.

Very professional amd got my car done the same day even with me dropping it off later then expected. Had some major suspension work done. They do not up sell you and only tell you what is needed unlike other shops. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone I know.

It is Difficult to find a repair shop and I have found one in Changs car care. I saved more than half on what my dealership was trying to charge me. There work is back by a warranty which a lot of shops do not offer. They have a returning customer in myself. Thank You

I went to Hyundai Coggin DeLand and I was advised I needed front brakes. I went to Chang's Car Care and was told that I can drive another 20-30,000 miles more on the front brakes. Due to the honesty and integrity of Chang's Car Care I will return for all future car care needs. If you live in Sanford and you are looking for a honest mechanic this is the place.

My experience was wonderful. He was very kind and honest on the cost. He fixed my car window and some power switch. Since I have only 1 car he offered to drop me home. Would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Chang and his son are helpful, professional and honestly go above and beyond to treat you like a family friend. There advice is solid and they don't jerk you around (also will explain what's going on if you don't understand cars like me). Can't think of a better place to go.
