McDonald's

Clean dining room. Excellent service. Not very busy inside. Drive thru was super busy tho. We got our food within five minutes of ordering. Needless to say we went into the dining room to eat. Decorated nicely for Christmas as well. All in all a good experience .

It was a pleasant surprise to see McDonald's employees actually caring! We placed the orders at the kiosk and were handed our cups just after completing the orders. The food was hot and good. The correct condiments were in the bag and they actually gave us a couple extras for the large fries! There were even napkins! This was some of the best customer service at a fast food restaurant in years!

This McDonald's in Gloucester is awesome! Left the one at the point to come here. The manager and employees working tonight were awesome. (January 9, 2024) The Hayes McDonald's needs to take lessons from this one! And to add to this there was another lady that just left the hayes McDonald's as well.

The food is always hot and fresh. They are very busy most days so you may be waiting a bit in line. But all the people that work there are always great and efficient and nice.

Our McDonald's doesn't have the Sausage Gravy Biscuit Meal. It was such a pleasant surprise that we decided to try it. Great decision on our part, as they were absolutely delicious! The only issue was that they didn't provide utensils and we had to get some from our hotel. All other items were delicious as well.

Very nice as a fast food restaurant. The cooks brought our food to us piping hot!

They are always busy but get my food right everytime.

This is one of the best McD's I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Tiffany is an excellent manager and so great to order from. All her staff are pleasant and do a great job! Thanks for being my local store, I am thankful for ALL of you! :)

This is one of the best McDonalds have been to. Fries are always hot and crispy. Workers are friendly and restaurant is clean.

I love the staff at this store ! They are so welcoming. The morning crew is absolutely awesome. I get the same coffee every morning and they always make it the same every time!

Got two double cheeseburger bundles, that come with fries, and 2 drinks. McDonald's may be bad for you, but I love it. I accept that its my choice to eat there or not, and I choose to eat food I enjoy. The staff was working hard to provide fast and accurate meals, and I appreciate them feeding me what I ordered. Personal responsibility and good bad food, I'm lovin it.

I went to this McDonald’s on Friday 28 January 22. I had a large order, so I was asked to move forward and wait. The evening manager brought our food out. She gave us fresh, hot fries. Now, I know that seems small, but I think everyone can respect a hood, fresh, hot, tasty order of fresh fries. She apologized for taking so long. But I understand, as most of you should, that good employment is hard to find. Not everyone wants to work. So she apologized and I told her it’s totally ok. I expressed my gratitude for the small gesture of fresh, hot fries. I appreciate what that evening manager did for me. I will continue to visit that McDonald’s (not too much as I need to look after my girlish figure) any time I crave some hot fries.

Recently moved to Hayes and have stopped here for both breakfast & lunch times, even used their app w/curbside pick-up. It is by far the best McDonald's in the area! The staff have always been super nice and always have had a smile and a kind word - REALLY! As busy as this place is they've always been pretty darn fast. I was pretty much sworn off of fast food; generally speaking most my experience with the chain has been dismal at best (on the other side of the Coleman Bridge); this McDonald's restored my confidence in going back...which I will, be back that is - at least to this location!

Black female manager was awesome! It was supper busy inside when I went to the restroom, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, and all the curbside spots were full. She walked out with my curbside order with a huge smile, the food was hot, and fries were crispy. Thank you people in the back for cranking the food out so quickly :)

My grandbabies are gluten and dairy free so they only can have the fries really but that's the high light of their day is going for fries and a sprite

the food was quick, fresh and got the perfect amount of sauce for my nuggets. not a single complaint they're doing absolutely marvelous.

The other day at the Gloucester McDee, the service was spectacular. It was raining and cold but I could hear the person taking my order loud and clear. She (Hallie) handled my order with professionalism and with an attitude to serve and do her best.

All I did was go thru the drive - thru and ordered a couple of double cheeseburger bundles but everything was delicious.
