My wife had lost her wedding ring and Benny, the owner, along with his lovely assistant, were able to replace it with an exact duplicate in only one day! which also happened to be my wife's birthday. I took a 10ct gold chain to have latch fixed, he broke the chain and said it was not able to be fixed. Now have to find a real jeweler to repair what he broke and the original repair. Would never go into his store again. Terrible jeweler!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED

Benny, the owner, is a con artist not to be trusted. Husband came into the store for the first time with a pic of a gold chain design he wanted to buy. Benny said he could find exact chain. Catalog picture looked different but he said he'll order and if he doesn't like it when it comes in, he won't need to buy it. Didn't even discuss pricing. Needless to say, he asked for refundable deposit but said not too worry. Benny told him the chain would be in the store a few days later. Came twice, after these dates, still no chain.. kept getting told to come a later date. 3rd time, chain finally came in looking nothing like original picture. Didn't refund the deposit. $500 deposit stolen, no chain. BUYER BEWARE.

These people are crooks. He wanted to sell me a watch for $200 that was a $50. He wanted to buy my watches for $200. Philip Stein and several Michele watches. When I told him to give me my watches back he tried to hold on to one the Michele watches, not thinking I would know.
I was so upset. Now I see that other customers have had even worse experiences.

Went in at 2:30PM (they close at 5) to have the battery on my watch changed. I was literally the only person in the store. Changing a watch battery takes 2 minutes with the correct tools. He had 2.5 hours to get it done during the day, with 0 other customers around. Instead, the owner told me it would take up to 48 hours. I told him I couldn’t wait that long and he said, “fine, take it somewhere else then.”

That’s exactly what I did. If he doesn’t want the business, then he won’t have it.

I get the sense that he just doesn’t have the time for my small job and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Now looking at the other reviews he has, I’m not surprised. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

BEWARE!!! THEY ARE THIEVES! PURE SCAM ARTIST! I had to call the police on them! I Brought them a ring to be repaired and they stole my diamonds and replaced them with fakes!! The wife distracts you with compliments while the husband robs you blind!!!

The owner breaks a link on my ceramic watchband while trying to add another link. He offered me no apology and was told to be patient by the owner's wife after waiting a week. Then, I was told a new watchband was ordered, however it took 3 more weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, the owner refused to put it on.

Kept calling my .999 silver that has already tested and passed “phony” and “government” silver and kept saying the weights weren’t correct.

Not to mention a jewelry that can’t do simple mental math isn’t to be trusted anyway.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I PURCHASED EARINGS AND HE TOLD ME HE WANTED TO PUT ON A NICE SETTING SO HE WENT TO THE BACK AND I THINK SWITCHED THE ORIGINAL DIAMONDS I WANTED AND WHEN I GOT THEM TESTED AT ANOTHER JEWLER HE SAID THEY WERE CUBIC ZIRCONIA AND I PAID $1000!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!! MAKE SURE TO GET DIAMONDS TESTED BEFORE BUYING FROM THESE CROOKS!

Just trying to get my watch sized and he keeps trying to sell me this $5000 bracelet and holding my watch and not sizing it. I won’t do business here again.
