Wanted to extend my compliments and appreciation to Justin and special kudos to the Service Technicians (Tyson, Jesse and Andrew); who installed our new heating and air conditioning system.
These guys went above and beyond to meet my concerns and spent extra time and effort to run new wires to the thermostat without cutting any holes in the dry wall per my request. All the work was professionally done and is a piece of art work!

We have gotten service from them through Costco. We had a brand new water softener systems installed during 2020. And a year after, we had a brand new HVAC system installed through Superior through Costco as well.
Service and Scheduling is very quick. On the day of service, the technician comes, does his assignment, and leaves. No pressure sales whatsoever. Awesome job, guys! We will see you soon for our annual maintenance :)

The furnace was acting up so I just did a quick search and SW&A came up and I have had past excellent experience with them and my house generator. So it was a duh. Called and they had a technician out that afternoon! Thomas arrived and immediately went to work. He knew the fix within a couple minutes.
He also told me about other options and I picked the best one for me. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought!
I would highly recommend SW&A for many things.

Andre appraised the situation. He determined a part needed to be replaced. Another service provider told me the part was not available anymore . Andre called the local supplier the on speaker phone so I could ask questions about why the part was hard to find. Discover the part is on back order not discontinued. Found the part. It's on the way. Superior will install. They have done wonderful work for me in the past.

Andre and Donovan were very professional and efficient in performing the water heater inspection and flush out service. They were also respectful of our home and took great care to keep the toilet clean when disposing of the flush water. Andre was also aware of the special rate for the flush out service. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving.

We have worked with Superior Water & Air for several years. We enjoy their quick service and the friendly care they show to us and our home. Andre has been handling our plumbing problems and he always explains what he will be doing and how much it will all cost. He is very cordial and we appreciate his hard work and expertise.

Roberto did an excellent job of installing our reverse osmosis system. He explained everything before he started and afterwards told us what to expect. The installation looks like it’s always been there. Very pleased with the results!!!

My tech was Dominic Murdock. absolutely hands down Stellar of a job. Very professional, installed everything incredibly nicely and took the time to answer all my questions. Installed a water softener. Ran the plumbing and labeled everything neatly and out of the way. Couldn’t be more impressed.

I've had really good service and results with these guys. In a business that can be a bit dicey with questionable companies, Superior stands out in integrity and no games. Martin did a great job getting our plumbing corrected. Very friendly and personable. Incredibly prompt service too.

Superior Water did a fantastic job on installing my new water system in my home.
There were a couple of hiccups that arose however, Roberto was quick to jump in and handle the situation and got everything quickly resolved.

Mr. Roberts Flores is a professional installer and also a good sales. He worked hard to take care of the Water Softener business and at the same time checked our Water Heater, by his advice we replaced our several years old water heater because of the cumulative depositions. Therefore we replaced the Softener and Heater at the same day. We appreciate Superior Water and Air for their professionism and work quality. Also, our air conditioning system is done by this company too last year.

Dominic from Superior Heating and Air was professional in every way. He called 30 minutes before arriving, to let me know he was on his way. He and his partner wore plastic booties over their shoes when they came in, to keep my floors clean. They cleaned up all of the drywall dust, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. Dominic gave me an estimate of 3-4 hours total time, and they finished just before the 3 hour mark. They were both courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend Superior Water and Air.

Mark did a wonderful job for us. He is meticulous and careful. He is also very patient answering all the questions of my husband's since this is our first tankless water heater. Definitely recommend superior and Mark.

First off, Martin, the service technician that came to my home was very polite and professional. He explained everything in detail to answer any questions that I had. I'm very happy with choosing Superior Water &Air for my home service and installation needs.
They have also done prior work at my home installing a new Tankless hot water heater, and other plumbing services. Always a professional job, polite and knowledgeable service technicians.

Went through Costco and they use Superior Water and Air. We had a great experience! The incentives and warranty that Costco offer were better than all of the other places we looked. Hunter was great and answered all of our questions. The installation happened a day or two after our initial meeting. We had a great overall experience and our happy with our water softener.

There was discussion on what he was going to do for the installation of our new water.
We discussed concerns we had with our old water heater and if there could and if there would be improvements. Water was warm again in abt two hours after the installation. We are happy with the service.

David was wonderful! Highly recommend. He was super professional, and competent. He wore booties in our house, and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely be recommending this company and David. Loved that we get automatic text messages to confirm appointments and upon completion. Excellent to work with.

Eduardo Morales was professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous when installing our water softener and filter. He explained what he was doing and even diagnosed several improvements that he made to the settings on our hot water heater after discussing with me. Everything has worked very well since completion. He is a credit to superior water and air.

Very pleased with our experience starting with Brent in sales / estimating. Very thorough.

Our installer, Mark was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well informed on our new water system.

I was concerned about the price but when I saw everything they had to do, the savage beast in me was soothed.
