We had a very pleasant experience recently with Potts Realty team to sell our house in Suwanee. We received at least over 60 phone calls from realtors trying to list our house for sale. We screened these agents to only allow 5 or 6 of them to see our house to be our potential agent. A couple of them were giving very negative feedbacks so we ignored them. One of them even “tricked “ us by saying she had a buyer so we would open our house for a buyer to see which turned out to be a setup. We highly recommended Potts Realty team simply because they are very efficient and professional with great knowledge of the market. Melida is a great communicator who really care about her clients.
