I absolutely recommend Ray’s Plumbing! I have had 2 unrelated plumbing emergencies in the last couple months, and both times John from Ray’s came to the rescue. Whether he was fixing the outdoor leak or dealing with the indoor clog, he was efficient, friendly, and honest. After the first time he came out, I truly was relieved to see him again. During both visits, he worked hard and resolved the plumbing issues. During the first visit, he even found the root of the problem of an outdoor pipe leak to be on another property and went above and beyond in helping me attempt to solve the issue with my neighbor. The second time, he unclogged a pipe causing both my kitchen and bathroom sinks to back up. Each time he was up front with what he was doing, informed me of the solution prior to conducting more work, and definitely worked hard to leave the place in working condition. Additionally, each time I have called they have sent someone out almost immediately to help when others were not willing to address or arrive in a timely manner. I am most grateful to John and the staff at Ray’s for superb service! I will continue to recommend and use them for any plumbing needs!

I had a faucet replaced and a leaking toilet resealed and reset. The phone operator was friendly. The technician mike was on time and friendly. Mike did a very complete and thorough job. Mike explained the causes for the leaks and did a great job breaking down the cost for me to understand. The price was reasonable. Overall great experience and I would recommend ray's to friends and family

John, at Ray's Complete Plumbing, came on time and replaced our hot water heater in an hour! He even offered to remove our old water heater when he left. He was beyond professional and did a wonderful job! Except for the new hot water heater, you would never have known he was even here. Thank you John for a job well done! Jhon from Rays Plumbing came to tell me where the leak was coming from gave me options and said if I bought the faucet he would come back in the same day to install it and that just what he did. He was on time and honest and very friendly. Johann got me in same day and that was a HUGE plus!! I appreciate your service and will recommend you to anyone and use your service in future if needed. I am very pleased with Rays Plumbing. Chuck the service man arrived on time and installed a new hot water heater. He explained to me what happen with the old one and why and then installed my new one. He thoroughly cleaned up and left my home in place. A very knowledgeable young man. The company will benefit with this guy's work ethics and very polite also.

Phil did such an excellent job with our plumbing needs and questions, we felt it was of value for us to highly recommend him to others. Phil is knowledgeable, experienced, highly skilled, friendly, and willing to help with repairs and questions. He worked on our faucet and shower concerns and did an excellent job. Our shower valve had caused us a problem for 10 yrs. and no one else was willing to fix it. Phil took the time to look at the problem and did the necessary repairs. It now works like new! We were especially impressed with his abilities, willingness to help, explain the problem, and fix the plumbing concerns we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending Phil at the highest of levels.

Ray's Complete Plumbing is a great company! Larry came out and replaced my kitchen sink and faucet. Larry was very well educated and explained what he was doing and answer any questions I had. Larry had everything done a lot faster than quoted and cleaned up and took away all the garbage. Not to mention I received a great price for the work done! I would highly recommend Ray's Complete Plumbing to anyone who needs work done.

I had a outdoor water valve break off at the wall. Water was flowing at a high rate uncontrollably. I was able to shut it off at the main. I called the first company that came up on a google search, Rays Complete Plumbing. I assume an answering service took my call and said a on call technician would call me. Now my water to the entire house is off. It’s Sunday and the NFL is getting ready to kick off. I’m thinking great!! This is going to be a long day. In less than 5 minutes Philip called. He told me he’d be at my house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 5-10 minutes. He replaced the shut off valve in a fashion that is better and more secure than originally done when my home was constructed. Start to finish maybe 30 minutes. He cleaned up and was on his way. GREAT GREAT GREAT Work!!!!! I’ve since called Rays to do another job for me.

Very good customer and technical service with water heater replacement.

Have used this company several times. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most recently I had leaking water heater; Joanna scheduled an immediate delivery and installation of a new heater. Rich, the installer, explained what he was doing and completed the job quickly.

After trying to take the hose off of the outdoor water spicket I discovered it was corroded on .After trying to lubricate it the hose was still not willing to budge after trying to get it off on my own I made the situation worse and ended up with a water leak. It was then that we called Ray's complete plumbing and I have to tell you I was very impressed. From the phone conversation to the arrival of the plumber John mongiello my leak and spicket were fixed in no time .Thank you Ray's complete plumbing a job well done.

I'm having a complete master bath remodel/walk in shower install. Philip has done a fantastic job. Professional, highly skilled and personable. If you want it done right the first time, he's the plumber you want. I have no complaints whatsoever. And before he left at the end of the day, he always made sure things were as clean as when he arrived. Five stars!

We can't speak highly enough of Mike. We just moved into our 20+ year old house so we had quite a few plumbing needs. Just this week, Mike replaced 3 toilets, the garbage disposal, 2 shower heads, installed a new carbon filter system in our kitchen and did several other jobs. He was at our house on 2 separate days and arrived when he said he would arrive, worked very efficiently, was professional and courteous, and did what was needed to get the job done correctly. We just wanted to recognize how pleased we were with the service he provided.

One of the other reviewers said this company is 'refreshing' compared to so many other contractors, and I couldn't agree more.

I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. I contacted them about a replacement of a pressure tank for my water system. Phil Laugois arrived right on time of the appointment and was very personable and professional. Phil had the tank swapped out in less than an hour, and for much less than i expected the cost to be

First experience involved a misinstalled dishwasher drain line, and Ray's took the time to correct the problem.
Recently I had a shower issue which Mark from Ray's diagnosed and repaired for less than half the price quoted by other plumbers. In addition, he offered tips and pointers on how to avoid expensive future service calls.
A+. Highly recommended.

I had a shallow well problem, I e-mailed at around 7:30 am got an e-mail as well as a call back before 8 am an a Service tech was at my home working on the problem within the hour. Super fast service. Mike, my technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and had the problem solved as well as repaired within the next 2 hours! I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing need!
