The UPS Store

I had to return jeans I bought from Amazon, size 2 and they were too big. Being out in the country it is nice to have that store less than 10 minutes away! I have never had to return anything before, the guy behind the counter was so nice and taught me every thing I needed to know! Thank you so much, I may be a newby here, but I am learning! Thanks to the kindness of strangers!

Clinton, Roy and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and kind and helpful. It’s hard to find good employees but especially to find a bunch at one location is definitely a blessing. Thank you for the great customer service as always.

Everyone in the store was so iviting made life so easy for the customers who had questions very engaging I will always come back. I NEVER had anything notarized and Clinton Royce made it so easy and explained everything. BEST store ever.

This store is excellent! The customer service was outstanding. Some of the best I have experienced in a while. I had to get a memorial program trifold done at the very last minute due to a glaring typo in the original.

I regret not getting her name but the lady help us a lot walked us through printing process. The gentleman on duty was extremely courteous.

Every time I got To the UPS store in Gloucester CH area I am Never disappointed. Also greets you with a smile and are helpful. Even when I order products to be sent to my office I request that it be delivered by UPS I’ve HAD to many bad issues with rival company over the years. UPS drops off at my office at least 100 times a year, especially with Amazon drops.

The Gloucester, VA UPS store has a great group of employees. The are friendly, fast and very willing to make your visit a good one. They are always knowledgable about their store and the services they can provide.

Every time I go into the Gloucester VA store everyone is very friendly and they help fast. I have been in many UPS stores around Richmond and this one is by far the BEST one hands down.

5 stars for courteous service, even during crunch time, like after Christmas. Perhaps figure out a way to form a waiting line as it tends to bottle neck at the door.

I am not very experienced with shipping, so I was a bit nervous about my interaction with the employees (bad past experience at another company), but Clinton made the whole process a piece of cake and put a smile on my face.
