We ordered a fun kitty cat bouquet, and it turned out just like the photo on the website. It is really charming, and the flowers are fresh and in good shape. The staff was super helpful in arranging the local pickup at the store. We would absolutely return here again.

Flower Palace was awesome to work with and had great communication with me throughout the delivery process. They realized the card was missing and called to notify me. It was my error, but we quickly resolved it. I wasn’t in a rush to send these and they ordered these orchids for me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

The customer service that I received was very good. However the product was not. We picked up a corsage for homecoming at around 11am for that night. We put it in the front of our fridge until we went to leave that night. I thought that one of the roses looked a little wilted but the rest appeared good. Within 30 mins of my son presenting the corsage to his date it started to brown and quickly wilt. This was to say the least very disappointing and embarrassing for him. I will try my luck somewhere else next time.
