I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here and I am beyond impressed with the final result. The bottom of my dress was SO dirty from the dance floor and dirt outside. I had read other reviews stating they were able to get stains out at the bottom of other bride's wedding dresses, so I took a chance and it paid off! Highly would recommend Joy Cleaners for any wedding dress dry cleaning, or just basic clothes that need dry cleaning. Very friendly staff as well! Fair pricing. Check them out!

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Joy Cleaners and was nervous about it because it was such a special piece of clothing. My dress was cleaned with such care that it actually looks better (cleaner and less wrinkles) than when I wore it to get married!!! The bottom of my dress was badly stained from our dance floor so I was thinking only some of the stains might come out. All of them came out! Wow! Came here last-minute to press my wedding dress and my fiancé’s suit. They gave careful consideration to the delicate fabric and had it all beautifully done in just 3 days. They also charged 1/4 of what it would have cost at other nearby cleaners and did it so well. Excellent customer service, too; they were very kind and friendly, and thoroughly explained how their process works for each fabric. I would recommend them to everyone in the Milwaukee area for all cleaning and pressing needs!

After dancing the night away on a dance floor that had many drinks spilled on it, my wedding dress was literally black at the bottom. I didn’t have much hope that it would look anything like it did before but Joy Dry Cleaners worked their magic. They were very sweet, kind and also realistic. They said they would try their best but warned me that it might not be perfect (when I say my dress had an inch of black at the bottom I’m not exaggerating). However when I picked up my dress I was astounded how clean they managed to get it. It really does look like it did before! If you have a wedding dress that needs cleaning I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joy Cleaners in Wauwatosa!

Had them sew some patches onto a top because they weren't sticking with the iron. The sewing job was done very well and looks good close up. Also dry cleaned my undershirt.

Wonderful dry cleaners!! The owners are so kind and accommodating and do an incredible job! I had my wedding dress cleaned by them after my destination wedding, and then cleaned and boxed after my local reception as well; they did an amazing job both times! They also did a great job with my husband's tux! Very fair pricing as well! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned before my big day, as my dress had been sitting in its bag for two years collecting dust! It had plenty of miscellaneous spots on it so I took it to Joys and they cleaned it right up. Very fast and professional and the price felt right. Plus the owners are so friendly and just overall sweet people to interact with. I will definitely be back!

Used this service for weekly laundry in my Acupuncture practice. The work was great, even better than one might expect. However, they made a commitment for 20% discount considering it is regular business. After only a short time they said no more discount. They changed their minds. This is difficult because it leaves me without a service. I appreciate the time we worked together. I would recommend sticking with dry cleaning or laundered shirts. I wouldn't take other laundry-type items there. I don't think it fits their business model. And in an effort to make me happy, they took on business that doesn't fit. In the end they left me frustrated because now I need to find another supplier.

My wife had her wedding dress cleaned here. The owners are SO incredibly nice. They made the wedding dress look brand new! It was amazing. I don't live in tosa but this place is worth the drive.

Joy Cleaners is Amazing! The husband and wife team that run it have Customer Service that is out of this world!! To add to that, the wife meticulously tends to each and every sweater they dry clean, removing any fuzz and literally making it look like it is brand new. I've never had a better experience anywhere else!!!

Wow! What amazing service Joy Cleaners provide. I have never taken anything to a dry cleaners before, but after my beach wedding and garden party reception my wedding dress was VERY dirty on the bottom. It had mud/dirt/sand stains on the bottom of my dress and bustle. I was very nervous to take it in and looked online for a qualified cleaner. I had read a review for Joy Cleaners where another beach bride had brought her dress in to be cleaned and she was very pleased with the outcome.

The finished cleaned dress looks as if I just purchased it off the rack! I was amazed. They were a pleasure to work with and you could tell they really cared about the garment and their customers satisfaction.

Anyone looking to get their wedding dress cleaned - this IS the place! I had a beach wedding in Florida and my dress was black at the bottom. I just picked it up this morning and it looks brand new. Must also mention that the owners of this place are talented and super friendly!

I too went to this place because i saw two other reviews on dry-cleaning a wedding dress. They did a beautiful job and were so kind!! I would definitely trust them with cleaning your gown you won't regret it! My dress was super dirty on the bottom and its like new :)

I am so glad I discovered Joy Cleaners. They have always done a great job laundering and pressing my shirts. When I have dry cleaning to be done, I do not hesitate to bring it here. Not handy with a needle and thread, any small alterations taken here, always received with Joy.

I had an interview that came up on relatively short notice and dropped off my suit thinking it was 24 hour dry cleaning. When I realized it was not they were very accommodating and expedited my dry cleaning. Great customer service!
