I have been going to Illusions for 10 years now and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Sonya is the owner and a fabulous hairdresser. She is professional, warm and friendly and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is compassionate and listens to all your concerns.
I have also had wonderful facials with Debra and recently had my eyebrows done! I love them!

I have always gone to illusions for my hair and they have always done an amazing job… but today was my first time getting a massage from Janice and it was PHENOMENAL! I’ve been in a lot of sciatic pain and an hour with her made a huge difference. 1000/10 recommend getting a massage at Illusions !

My long term hair dresser moved to Austria 3 years ago and since I had been unable to find someone who actually knew how to color and style hair, until now. I called last week after a botched self inflicted box color hair dying incident. Red in all the wrong places, I came to see Emily who sympathized and proceeded to perform her magic. I now have golden brown hair with caramel highlights. My hair felt like straw and now it is silky soft. I endured a week of humiliation with the red, but now I have a home for my hair care. Thank you EMILY!!

I saw Shelby for the first time yesterday and was so impressed with this place! My hair is hard to hold a style, but for the first time (probably ever) I walked out and didn’t feel like I needed to go home and restyle a little. And it still looks good the next day! Very happy!

I was introduced to this salon by a former coworker of mine who always looked on-pointe every single time she came back from having her hair done. She told me that she’s been going there for years and she would absolutely recommend them to everyone. My daughter had a very bad experience at a previous hairdresser, so I decided to give Illusions a try. She wanted her hair dyed a certain way and a certain color. She had her appointment, but the color turned out wrong and she was very upset. She didn’t say anything at the time because she didn’t know how to bring it up, so the next day I called and spoke with the owner Sonya. She herself was upset that my daughter didn’t say anything because she wanted her to be happy and would have done what she could have at the time to correct the issue. Sonya did exactly what every good business owner does, she scheduled my daughter to come back and made sure this time that everything was exactly the way my daughter wanted it to be. My daughter was so happy with the results that we went back to have her hair styled for her senior graduation pictures. Again, the results were fabulous. My daughter was beaming ear to ear. I cannot thank Sonya and the staff enough for turning my daughter’s bad experience into a good one and for continuing to provide excellent service. I would without a doubt recommend this salon to anyone and if you experience anything other than what you expected to let the staff know and they will go above and beyond to correct the situation. They strive for excellence, which is what I’ve come to expect from Illusions and I know you will too.

First time. Great haircut by Hardy. He listened and knew exactly what I wanted. Absolutely thrilled to have found this salon and stylist. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

Truly the best. Master stylist. Owner on the premise. Beautiful relaxing Spa side not to mention georgus downtown Punta Gorda. Awesome restaurants in walking distance. Go spend a day on you.

Shelby is the best! Color is always tough with a stylist that is new to you. Tough on the stylist as well because they don’t know how YOUR hair will react. As a knowledgeable, experienced stylist, Shelby gave me exactly what I wanted and it looks fabulous! I am happy to say that I have found my stylist and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Shelby, you are the first in several years to get it just right.

After 3 years of attempted hair cuts, I've found my salon! Hardy & the entire staff were great listeners & attentive. First place I've made a 2nd appointment before leaving.

Michelle has been doing my pedicures and she does an excellent job. Very nice pedi/mani room.
Michelle is a fun person to talk to and I don’t mind getting pedicures there as opposed to other shops where everyone seems rushed and difficult to have conversations with. The whole facility is very attractive. They provide massages and hair services. I’m going to find out if the massage therapist does lymph massages. By the way, Michelle leaves a signature on her pedicures. Ask her what it is. So cute.

What a great experience, the new Barber Jeffrey is awesome and extremely talented, I found my barber and highly recommend him to others.

I called up last minute on a Friday and they were able to get my daughter in for a full head of highlights. I was kind of hesitant because I had never had experience with the girl they put us with. Goodness did she prove me wrong ! She was so great with my daughter and the highlights turned out amazing.... I will definitely be going back to Amanda... 10 out of a 10

Me and my girls absolutely love Illusions. Valeria Nicolosi is our favorite stylist but they have many very good ones there. Top quality work and reasonable prices.

By chance I landed here the first time. The second time I drove three hours for the haircut!
Great energy, trendy but not overdone, friendly warm greetings, and just booked another appointment!

Just moved here from out of state, needed eyebrows done, googled salons and this place came up. I walked in without calling or setting up an appointment, they got me right in. The friendly receptionist Shelby did my eyebrows, really took her time. Seriously they look the best I have EVER seen in my life, I mean why would I even bother to write a review unless I was overwhelmingly impressed???? Very nice place inside too, with that level of attention to detail I'm sure every service they provide is excellent!
