EVERYONE at this practice are the nicest most professional people I ever had dealt with. I have been going there for 20 years and i moved away but when I came back I asked if I could be a client again and they said yes I travel one hour just to go there. Andriana is the best hygienist ever always makes me comfortable and never hurts me. I recommend this practice to everyone I know. Love them

Dr. Owen, Dr. Cowen, and their team are amazing! They take care of my family and my teeth like no other place that we've gone to. All of the staff members are very kind, courteous, helpful, and patient. We are all very pleased with the service that they provide to us. This wonderful place is very family-friendly. They actually made my children feel very comfortable with being seen and took all of their fears away. Thank you so much for providing such good services for our community! The office staff is always very friendly and helpful with any scheduling and billing questions. Julia is a kind, gentle, and thorough hygienist that I could not speak more highly of. I followed her from her previous practice where the dentist retired, because she’s that fantastic. Dr. Cowan is very skilled and knowledgeable and always explains the procedures being performed, in addition to always making sure her patients are comfortable. She is meticulous in her work and makes sure her patients are happy with the results. The dental assistants are warm and welcoming and very good at what they do. Highly recommend this all around fantastic practice. ☺

Dr. Owen is hands down the best dentist I've experienced in my whole life. He CARES about his patients, their comfort and understanding of treatment. He gave a very thorough 'color commentary' to explain his every move as during a procedure to drill out an old filling and replace with new (old had partially fallen out and this was part 1 for crown insertion)

His entire staff is so friendly and pleasant and makes you feel so at home. If you live in the area, you should probably ditch whoever is currently caring for your teeth because they aren't as good as this place!

The dentist I had for many years retired, so I had to find another doctor. I decided to try Tidewater Family Dentistry because I had heard good comments about the office from friends and neighbors. It is also very close to where I live. I feel I made the best choice ever. Dr. Cowan was wonderful. She listened and explained everything in a way that I understood. The entire staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment.

My teeth FEEL clean! I enjoy the professionalism and warmth of the people in this office. My family and I have used this dental office since 1996, and we have seen many changes. I have been bringing my thirteen year old son to Dr. Owen since he started getting his teeth. The care is impeccable. Dr. Owen and his staff are kind and compassionate. They have helped us through braces and now on to wisdom teeth removal. I wish I could give them more stars than five!

I'm from NYC where everything is fast paced. This office takes their time to ensure everything is handled in the most professional way, you forget you're there to actually see the dentist!! I am happy to recommend this office to anyone. I moved ten miles away and I travel that distance because it's the best!

I had a great experience getting a cleaning with Julia. She was wonderful and very thorough and gentle when doing the cleaning. I was glad she checked everything so complete. Dr. Baker was very kind and gentle when she checked my teeth . Both were very complementary.

Today I had really great experience at Dr. Owen’s clinic. He is a great dentist in the area and his staff too. His hygienist Ms. Debbie Gawryluk, she cleaned my teeth. I had excellent experiences with her as usual. She is the best. Going to the tide water dentistry, gives you homely feeling, I would definitely recommend this place.

My dental insurance got bought out be a new company and I had been calling places continuously being told they don't take it when I got all the phone numbers from my insurance company this was the first place willing to call and look into the company to find out they do take it. Every one has been supper friendly and helpful way more information then I've gotten anywhere else. I had questions about wisdom removable and x-rays were taken but they made sure to check everything with my insurance so nothing
would be a suprise payment. Every staff member that went by was friendly and a supportive in helping other out
