Outstanding customer services and they treat everyone so kindly. Lots of information and good care for the community. A neighbor suggested them when I mentioned I wanted to support an independent pharmacy like the ones I grew up going to. Love love love this Norfolk gem! I was able to get my vitamins, some healthcare support, natural products I need at the moment like castor oil and dried flowers and herbs. Plus, They have quality and delicious CBD products.

I came in for a dry socket and left with the tools I needed to combat it. The pharmacist who greated me, helped me and offered a comforting voice to my needs was incredible. She was such a pure soul. They will have my business!

Met with Dr. peoples this afternoon and toured the pharmacy. What an amazing establishment! Dr. Peoples and her staff offer a wide range of traditional pharmaceuticals as well as holistic natural alternatives. The City of Norfolk is lucky to have such a wonderful, locally owned independent pharmacy. The entire staff truly cares for each client's health and wellness.

Our experience at Peoples Pharmacy was exceptional. The orderly management of the vaccine process created a sense of trust and confidence. We observed professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and we appreciate the educational element and scheduling of our second dose. We have already begun selecting items for purchase from the online store. We will be back!

Amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Originally just went in for the J & J vaccine but since they have so many amazing products we left with some great products. Thanks for all your help today. I would definitely recommend your pharmacy.

Friendly staff with great people skills . Had to drive a little out of my way to get there .Well worth it .A nice man helped me button my sleeve button when he saw me struggling a little with it "(carpel tunnel) on the first shot .Saw him again for second shot and we went out of our way to see each other .

Great customer service!! Definitely make each person feel welcome and at home. They also offer rapid Covid test. They aren’t free but it’s convenient and you’re not waiting long.

Peoples Pharmacy is just what the name says, it's the people's pharmacy. Excellent customer service, friendly and they all seem to really care especially about getting our Black community vaccinated against Covid-19. It's not CVS or Walgreens and it doesn't need to be. Not commercialized instead personalized. Highly recommend.

I love The People's Pharmacy! I feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer any drug or holistic care question. Definitely a diamond in the community!!!!
