Went to buy some parts for my old truck they had everything in stock that I was looking very friendly and helpful employees 🤗👌👍💯💯💯

Jason was very helpful in finding the part i needed. Autozone said they couldnt get it at all. My 2001 dodge ram sport will now drive a another day. U joints come in many annoying sizes for these trucks.

The manager was the best! He helped me figure out my battery situation for my moms truck, went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Guys went out of their way to help me track down a part that wasn't pulling up in the system. Best part..... they had the part in stock.

Kudos to the team at this store! I bought a generator here just after Ian blew through. It only ran for five hours before it seized up. They listened to my story and immediately replaced the generator with a new one. Despite the difficulty opening the store with the electricity still out, they got the job done and were there for Port Charlotte.

Exemplary service and eminent professionalism! I stopped by to find out if a tail light assembly could be installed on a busy Saturday morning. They managed to curve time out of the schedule to accommodate me with estimable efficiency and courtesy. There were no problems with the installation; everything was flawless. A+!

Went here for a new battery, Jason the assistant manager was quick and efficient. He replaced my battery and ran a diagnostic on my Yukon. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you!

Clara is the BOMB! I went to AutoZone to get a battery for my car and they wouldn't change it because It had a cover they couldn't get off..
The cover was no match for Clara! She changed my battery expeditiously!
If you need anything, stop by the Port Charlotte location and ask for her!

If I could give this store 100 stars I would! I went into this store after calling them about a stuck socket in one of our engine parts. I talked to Joe, the assistant manager. I explained that the socket was really stuck and my husband couldn’t get it out. We tried everything to no avail. When I got to the store I showed him pictures of the issue. He said he was getting off work anyway and said he would follow me home to check it out.

Joe had it unstuck in a matter of minutes. We cannot thank him enough for what he did. This is brilliant customer service.

We tried to give him some money for his trouble but he wouldn’t accept it. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, and my husband is a veteran, he would not take the money.

Kudos to Joe and we will become your best customers going forward!!!!

Simply the best service in Pt Charlotte. Donald and Gary are great guys, so helpful and friendly. Helped me get the right car bulbs, gave great advise. This will now be my go to place for parts.

One of the best auto parts stores you can find in this town! Very very friendly! Very safe for girls and woman! They have females that work there and are very knowledgeable in cars! The manager is wonderful and can help almost any problems you could possibly have and is almost always there! The store is always clean and they always have everything I need in stock! Oh and the bathrooms - CLEAN!!! Thankful they're finally open!

This store has excellent customer service! My car wouldn't start when I was needing to get to work. I called and spoke with Sean who was extremely helpful and concerned about getting me fixed up with a new battery so I could get to work! He was waiting for me when i got there.. It is rare to find a business that cares!! I highly recommend this store and especially Sean!

Thought I was very happy that one of the employees had some past experience in a custom auto body shop and he gave me a little trick about the windshield wipers saying use white vinegar and put them on the rubber blades and they will extend the lives of the windshield wipers well is everybody knows in Florida you're lucky if you get 6 months of time out of a good pair of windshield wipers touche thank you I'll Riley employee
