One of the best garages I have ever used in my life! Their customer service is always top tier. Not only do they send you pictures and explain what's wrong with your car, they tell you how much it's going to cost upfront. So no surprises at the time to pay. They offer a shuttle service that makes it incredibly easy for us working folks to get our car fixed. I have used their services two times and I honestly have only nice things to say about them. They also have a discount for AAA customers which is really nice.

I chose this shop because finding someone that is knowledgeable and experienced with VW’s other than the dealers can be hard to come by. Their prices seem fair and work is completed in a timely manner. The fact that they offer a ride to or from the shop while your car is being worked on is something to set this shop aside all by itself.

Walt’s Garage was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly. I was made comfortable leaving my car for an extended time as I had to fly north. The repair menu they sent to my phone was clear and understandable with descriptions and pricing, I happily ok’d all repairs recommended. Walt’s Garage is now my garage here in Florida!

Great place! Nick and Roger were both super friendly at check in and check out. I was able to drop my car off and was offered a ride home. Honest and reliable place to take your car. If I could give 10 stars I would! Will definitely be returning.

My Fiancé was stuck in Florida this past week on vacation after his WRX suddenly had an issue and was worried to drive it back home to Michigan.
We looked up and found Walt’s garage (who seemed to work with foreign vehicles per website). He went next day and asked for a hero and Walt’s garage provided! They got the car right in for diagnostics, drove him back to the place he was staying. Ordered parts and had everything done the day he needed to leave! Also was much cheaper than originally anticipated. If you’re in the area and need a HERO, definitely would recommend calling Walt’s garage!! Thank you again!!

Everyone I deal with from scheduling my appointment to get my car worked on to pick up is wonderful. All proposed work is discussed thoroughly and explained. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I can’t say enough about this company! Unfortunate to get a drill bit in my tire, fortunate enough to have been towed here by AAA! Walt was quick as could be getting back to me with availability and scheduling for my new tires. I know that this is not their typical thing, tires, but this is the second time I have used them and would not use anyone else. Josh handled all the paperwork and arrangements flawlessly. I had a flat tire on the way to my 45 minute commute to work in Port Charlotte. I had no options considering my tire isn’t readily available in 99% of tire shops. Walt’s answered the phone 10 minutes before open & they had my tire shipped within a couple hours. I made it to work and returned to the shop with my car ready to go. When I felt like I had no options, these guys were there for me with kind, efficient and genuine service. I’ve never left a Google review in my life before this moment. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I wish I had these guys in my neck of the woods. Thank you again, Walt’s!

Fantastic people, and great work. Always accommodating and pleasant. Last year they went out of their way to help us before a hospital stay. We can't say enough about this great group of people.

I'm so impressed with Walt's Garage! They're always polite, professional, do great work, AND don't overcharge you. A couple of times I've asked if I need additional work done on my car, and both times I was told no, that it was unnecessary. So I know I'm not getting taken advantage of. Trusting the folks who work on your car is one of the BEST reasons to use them.

We had just bought a used Mini Cooper and our friends recommended Walt’s! From the moment I called, I knew it was the RIGHT garage! The lady I spoke to explained everything to me. After the tech went through the car, I got a text and could approve or decline what needed to be done along with the price/tax. Picking up the car was great too as everyone there is very nice! The technician even came out and told my husband he has a great Mini, which made his day.
To top it off I got a text today asking how our car was doing.. I can honestly say I have NEVER gotten a call from any garage asking how my car/service was! We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for service!!
