Today, I was assisted by Ms. Orquidea at Ulta in Suffolk. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She made my experience smooth. I’m excited about my purchase.

I very typically go in here for one special item at a time. Usually when I'm in the general area.
The store is always clean, I have never really had any luck trying to get help from an associate, but I am pretty good at figuring it out for myself. There are many products in here that you cannot find in the drugstore. NYX selection is excellent!

I love this store! Literally have never had a bad experience at this location. Today, I was just browsing through and I really been needing to get matched for the new Mac Studio pen foundation. To my amazement, Orquidea, one of the employees, was able to match me immediately! Like just looked at me and matched me perfectly! Of course we tried it and it was giving skin!!! She’s so sweet and helped me through the store pick out other everyday essentials! It was fun like shopping with my bestie honestly! Definitely coming back to visit her and the Ulta-Suffolk team.

Ulta is my favorite beauty store. This location has a pleasant staff. The have most of the most popular brands. I mostly use It cosmetics by Ulta Beauty and Smashbox.

I have been going to Ulta now for the past few years to get my brows with Ashley at the benefit brow bar! She is always amazing! The customer service and tips and tricks that she gives during her services are awesome! She always talks through the process of new services, keeps me up to date on new products and makes getting my brows done a wonderful experience! Ashely is my go to brow expert!!

I have always had the most amazing experiences with Ashley at the Brow Bar. She is always so kind and accommodating. I have been a client of hers for four years now and I refuse to let anyone else touch my Brows. She’s a Brow Whisperer and extremely talented at her craft.

I've never had a bad experience at Ulta. Today when I went in I needed some products and I felt silly asking and when I went to an employee who didn't know she so kindly got someone who did which I appreciated very much. And the person who helped me was incredibly kind very fashionable sweet and knowledgeable. They did not make me feel less than for not knowing. And they gave me some great advice and turned me to the products that would help me best. So thank you and this person needs a raise

I went for a haircut and got the VIP treatment that I was not expecting at all!! Not only did my hair stylist, Jamie give me a tour of the store, she also gave me a lot of good advice and was very knowledgeable. The Store Manager helped me find exactly what products I needed and took her time to help me. Janaya also went out of her way to give me tips for my eyebrows. All the staff that day was amazing, knowledgeable, and professional.

Ashley Howes is the best brow bar lady ever. From her amazing conversationalist skills to her absolutely amazing sculpting talents, before you know it you’ll be rolling on the floor laughing with the most beautiful eyebrows you’ve ever seen!! Ashley has always been a friend to not only me, but everyone else around and is just overall an awesome person who will ALWAYS get you and your brows right.

This review is for the Suffolk location on University Blvd. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new foundation & the Clinique advisor was informative & helpful with color matching. I also needed leave in conditioner and the sales associate took me to the products and assisted in picking one to meet my needs. This is not my first trip to this Ulta and won't be my last. I much prefer this location simply because the associates are incredibly friendly and helped me find products for my specific needs!

The young lady who helped me was amazing. Answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Then the cashier helped me save 20%. My first time there was a wonderful experience. Now my go to place for all my makeup needs.
