I called to set up an appointment and the phone was answered by an actual human being! I was surprised by that alone and then was equally impressed by the knowledgeable responses to complicated questions I had about my insurance. I made the appointment and when I came to the office I was greeted professionally and was seen by Renee, the agent who would set me straight with all my insurance needs. I felt 100% comfortable in not only having chosen Renee to work with but she went over and above to compare all my insurance needs. I ultimately brought every policy to this team and saved a substantial amount of money. The professionalism, the convenient location, the cleanliness of the office and attention to detail in all things insurance were well and above what I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Kudos! Excellent! I just moved to Punta Gorda from NY (along with a few thousand others it seems -- per day) where I have a Financial Services and Personal Lines Insurance insurance business. Angelina Perry....OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I had a challenging situation, not the normal. I was looking for better coverage and a cheaper rate for myself and my son, of whom is under the age of 25 with a not so good driving history, and Angelina did not stop until she found something for us. It was a challenge and she came through for us. The process went so smoothly. She got us through the transition of obtaining my new insurance and walked me through cancelling my prior policy.
