My experience with Bonita was super fantastic. Every buying experience is exceptional and warm. The grand store makes you feel like family. My experience with the office manager Veronica was wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better buying experience.

Bonita helped us the whole way through. Once we were clear on lines and dislikes, she pointed us to all the right products. She verified brands, styles and made sure the pricing we received was AS ADVERTISED. Big help. Grand was awesome. Should’ve been our first stop!

Bonita really helped me had a claim to get new end table she called Montage and the warehouse and the end table will be delivered this Sunday yea! Would also like to give props to my original salesperson Crystal she was on vacation when I went to the store. Both of them Bonita and Crystal are great!

The staff and management (Bonita) were friendly and helpful, but also gave us the space we needed to just browse and talk about our options. We ended up leaving to go home and take measurements and do a little more homework before we made the decision to return to make a purchase. The process was quick and easy, and our delivery is scheduled for next week. Grand is worth your time to check out!

Ms. Bonita was very helpful & conscientious concerning both the product & the process involved. She was very forthcoming & honest the whole time. She was also very quick to answer any & all questions asked. Ms. Kayla was quick & concise regarding the paperwork & expectations for both sides. I will very likely return at a later date.
