Where do we begin? When we first met our attorney, Danielle Claffey, (whom we at that time didn’t know she was definitely a God sent,) we were at the breaking point with immigration and the previous lawyers from different law firms. 2 In Michigan and 1 in Atlanta. We had run out of options. When conversing with attorney Danielle Claffey, we noticed she was very tentative to our situation with immigration and the previous lawyers. What caught our attention was the fact that attorney Claffey was very honest about how difficult my situation with immigration was, and that all she promised us was that she’d do everything in her power to help us resolve the issue. My issue was that back in November 2013, while handing my passport to immigration in Michigan, I was told that I was Under the Order of Removal, and none of my previous lawyers could find out why. It went on for 5 years, until we met with attorney Danielle Claffey at Kuck/Baxter Immigration Law Firm in March, 2018 and she was able to get an answer within months after our first appointment. During the period of March 2018 until present (November, 2023) she was able to have my case re-open and dismissed. Helped with applying for work permit and Green card and as of November 8, 2023 I am a Green Card holder. The most beautiful feeling in the world and all because of God working through our wonderful, caring, patient lawyer who worked tirelessly to get us to the finished line.
