Great place to purchase a vehicle. They are very honest, open, and upfront with pricing and the quality of the vehicle that I purchased. They are very helpful in fixing any issues that may arise in my new vehicle.
Our salesman gave me plenty of time to drive the vehicle. No pressure salesperson.
The financing department was exceptional in explaining the contract and stipulations. Any questions we had. They answered and made sure I was a satisfied customer.

Let me just saying this was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. My husband My Daughter and myself walked into the dealership to buy her a car. Our old Honda Odyssey recently died after a hard 188k miles and we needed another one in hurry so we went to our local dealer Sheehy Honda where we get all our Honda’s serviced. Rachel from service recommended Nasser from Sales. He was great! My wife knew exactly what she wanted but they did not have it in stock and we needed a car ASAP. Nasser engaged George, the manager. George personally worked very LATE into the night, keeping us updated along the way, to locate and negotiate a transfer of the exact vehicle we wanted. By the next afternoon the car was delivered, paperwork was signed and we were out the door! I could not have asked for an easier experience. The entire Sheehy Honda team made a last minute car buying experience a great one and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

I wish I could give Sheehy Honda of Alexandria a 10 star rating. From the moment I walked into the door to signing the last page of documents, the experience was immaculate. After visiting another Honda dealership and having the less than a 1 star experience the previous day, visiting sheehy was a breath of fresh air.

Pablo Ahmed assisted my husband and I upon walking into the dealership. We knew exactly what we were looking for and did not want to be hassled and coerced into purchasing. He listen to our needs and presented us with our options. He was very attentive, professional and straight forward. After a few minutes we met with chuck ( I believe he was the finance manager), he was very professional, respectful and answered every question that arose. He was very forthright and within no time we sealed a deal for our new 2024 Honda Accord.

The finance manager who handled our documentation was very professional, he explained everything very thoroughly and we were in and out in no time. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you to the Sheehy team for fantastic customer service. You all were so warm and welcoming and my husband and I left the dealership feeling proud of our purchase.

I went to get a state inspection and emissions done and also get a recall checked out on my 2022 civic. It was a little late in the day so I wasn’t sure if they would have time for me. The service manager (Vijay) was extremely helpful and swift to get my car moving along into the shop so no time was wasted and was also helping out the only service advisor (Richard) that was there. Both were very polite and helpful and Richard even advised that I didn’t need an emissions since my car was still 3 years new so he saved me $28. my car was in and out in no time and all the staff there was awesome. I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Maged was amazing and awesome. He is very patient, listens to your needs attentively and comes up with awesome vehicles that fit your needs. We felt very homely and at ease with him and we purchased a vehicle that my daughter is in love with!

Easy transaction. I started with an online inquiry the night before, Got an email response in the morning and Justin called for follow-up noonish. Agreed for an onsite visit for the afternoon to do a test drive and possible purchase. They gave a great price for my trade and presented me with a reduced OTD price with a freebie thrown in. Went in with the knowledge that want to buy CRV model 2024.
The sales person , Pallob Ahmed, was very knowledgeable about the car and he answered all our questions. After 10 minutes price negotiation and getting very good price , we drove out with the new car in 40 minutes.

Steve in the service department was spectacular. Part I needed was on national back order but he took the time to find one at another dealership and went and picked it up on his own time after work. AAA and a friend who is car-savvy had each jumped my car once when it refused to turn over—let alone start—last week, on Wednesday and Friday. When the same thing happened on Sunday, I had the car towed to Sheehy, where my technician (Steve) promptly diagnosed a bad cell in the battery, replaced it, and reviewed the status of the car’s whole electrical system. Steve kept me informed throughout the process; I picked up the car by midafternoon, and all is now well. (Sheehy provided a shuttle service to transport me back to the dealership to get the car; and the price was also reasonable.) I would recommend that others seek help from Sheehy!!

I went in on a Saturday without an appt. I left a couple hours later having completed my paperwork for financing at an excellent rate and a hold for the vehicle of my choice.
