Bloom Where You Planted

I called to order flowers for mom’s birthday from out of town (I live in Miami) and this store was super friendly and helpful. They delivered same day, and delivered a masterpiece. This will be my preferred florist moving forward.

So I live in Texas, but was trying to find somewhere in the Chesapeake/Norfolk area that did same day delivery (guaranteed before 5pm) and came across this lovely place! I called and spoke to Michelle and explained my situation and why I needed flowers delivered ASAP. She went above and beyond to ensure that my request was met and fulfilled within the same day! I called at 10AM central time, explained what I was looking for and it was delivered at 1:30PM central time. The arrangement turned out beautiful and my husband and I were able to brighten my sister-in-laws rough day by a little!

The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and my wife loved them! I can’t wait to come back and order more flowers!

OMGosh…. Beautiful work! I called 2 days before I needed a flower arrangement for my brother-in-laws funeral and several florists told me no! However, Bloom Where You’re Planted, went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I called one day before the funeral to request another arrangement and YES …. they came through for me! Affordable, professional, and so very awesome to work with. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 100!

Michelle put together a wonderful arrangement at a low price point. I called her last minute the evening before I needed the delivery. She took my call and told me she’d get back to me the next day and followed up first thing the next morning. My expectations were beyond exceeded and my grandmother loved the arrangement! I’ve ordered A LOT of flowers in my time; this was by far the best experience I’ve had to date.

My order was not completed as we had discussed. The woman was kind but was slow to return calls and messages. Overall the arrangements were pretty.

I have never had a crazier flower delivery experience. A person starts honking out in the front on my home. I’m have kids that are asleep (she didn’t know about). I go outside and she asked what my name was and that she has a flower delivery. All while she’s half way out her car 30 feet from the front door. It was my moms 50th birthday flowers. The note did not have who it was from. She didn’t even knock at the door. She was scared of dogs, I have a pug.
This experience did NOT make my mom feel special at all. The whole experience was weird!
