This was my first time coming to this facility and every single staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and professional. This was one of the best medical procedure experiences I’ve had and the compassion and care that I received from the staff was phenomenal. It means a lot when the doctor actually knows your history without looking at a chart and answers all of your questions and takes the time to explain the procedure. I will definitely continue to use this practice for future procedures.

The staff is outstanding! Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable. The procedure was fast and they played my favorite music in the room.
Dr. Malikis so personable and can always make me laugh.
I also got a follow up call checking on me.

The services received were exceeding exceptional! The staff were kind and provided excellent customer service. From the minute, I scheduled my appointment to the day of my procedure everything was organized and timely. I drove from North Carolina because of the reviews and Dr. Malik’s expertise in his area. What a wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything step by step. I was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Wiggins is amazing and shout out to my girl Olga! She was 5 star! I believe his name was James, I could be wrong. I was a little medicated but he was the best ever. What a wonderful man. See yall in 7 years <3

This was my first colonoscopy as I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in the front doors the office staff made check in so easy and I immediately felt comfortable. I was taken back promptly and felt even more comfortable. Everyone from the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were so personable and just very friendly. It was over before I knew it and realized I had had nothing to worry about, I was in good hands. I awake to friendly faces and would recommend VGI to anyone and everyone!

The staff at Virginia Gastro at BelleHarbor were awesome. I wasn't looking forward to this procedure but they made the process simple. From the first call, follow up communication and my procedure...my experience was great. Look no further, if you're looking for that kind of service!

My procedure with Dr. Malik was very successful. Everyone on his staff was courteous and had great bedside manners. From the doctor and nurse assistants to the anesthesiologist. His office even check on me the next day to see if I had any concerns or complications. Thank you.

I’ve been going here for several years now. Dr Malik is top notch. The entire staff is amazing there. I have never had one issue with anything I have needed from them. They have a great system down for when it comes to procedures and getting you in and out. Highly recommend.

Great experience for something no one looks forward to. The whole team was terrific. From the time I came in the door I felt welcome and in good hands. My nurses Olga and Casey were so caring and explained what would take place during my screen. Anesthesiologist Johnathan was an absolute joy and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Ramberan explained my procedure and answered all my questions. He was really very caring and made me feel at ease.

Great service. Very caring and friendly staff.
Just some advice, I gave 5 stars because the treatment I received was great but I was close to leaving once the receptionist called me over to ask if I was nervous? Not sure why she asked because I was just sitting talking to my husband. When I replied "No" she seemed shocked and said, your not? I said No, my husband was here before and things went great! she then replied did you come with him? And I said yes. At this point I replied "I wasn't nervous but I'm starting to be" she laughed and I asked why? Should I be? She then looked at the other receptionist and they both kinda shook their head no, it was strange. There was nothing, no reassurance or why? From that point on I was nervous and my husband was too. When Olga came out to get me, my husband asked her if I had anything to worry about? she reassured us that I would be fine. I didn't let it show, but I was upset that anyone would ask a patient that question before going under a procedure. Even though everything turned out alright it stills bothers me that she asked that and gave no explanation why.

It was the best professional experience for me. Very professional, and very courtesy staff. Dr. Malik is the best. I felt very relaxed and confident in his service. I give everyone 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟...I thank everyone very much and God's blessings. Happy Easter

Amazing facility. I moved to the area to get better care for my health. I absolutely love this location and the anesthesiologist had the best bed side manner. Wow! I would have loved to have him as a personal anesthesiologist for every pregnancy delivery I had. If I would have stayed in SW Virginia I would have never figured what is wrong. Thank you to the entire staff and thank you to the ER department at Sentara Belle harbour for referring me and handling me with Care.

I highly recommend this office. From making the appointment to the actual dreaded procedure. The office personnel, all of the medical staff, my anesthesiologist, to Dr. Ramberan’s pleasant bedside manner. And even the administration. This type of professionalism is difficult to find. Everyone made me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. They know exactly what they’re doing! It’s obvious that they take their positions seriously but without feeling cold and calculated. Honestly, the worst part is the prep. After that it’s a breeze. I don’t remember everyone’s name but I thank them all!!

The staff was excellent! They explained the procedure and what to expect prior to doing anything which helped since it was my first time. Jonathan’s energy was especially appreciated!!
