My hot water heater burst in the middle of last night. I woke to a flood in my garage. B & K had set a toilet for me in the fall. I was so impressed with the young tech that I vowed this was my new plumber. So I called them. They were full but fit me in. David arrived about noon. He called another tech and together they tried for at least 2 hours to save my tank. When it was obvious that the old girl wasn't having the life support, David and, please forgive me I've forgotten your name, reluctantly pronounced the old girl dead. I asked them to please install a new water heater. They felt worse than I did. They ran back to the shop, picked one up and installed it in about an hour. After all their effort and time, they did not charge me a penny for labor and charged a more than fair price for the Rheem unit.

Companies like this don't exist anymore. Please do not call them. I'd like to have them available for me.

I recently had a problem with my garbage disposal and they arrived when they could and worked diligently. My garbage disposal was fixed with flying colors thank you B & K!!!! I would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with a plumbing nightmare, that we had since last Sunday. Two very nice men were on the scene, worked fast, done in an hour and a half. They located my problem. They had all the equipment camera and drain cleaning machine that they needed to take care of any problem that they found and they found my cleanout after digging deep down about 3 ft. They were very knowledgeable! And if you know anything about plumbers, honesty is the most important thing to look for, besides having the right equipment. Right now I'm overflowing with gratitude and after 5 days without plumbing, my life is coming back to me. B&K plumbers are experienced and professional. I'm extremely THANKFUL!

B&K plumbing repiped are older mobile and did a good job. They had to shut are water off to get access and completed the job in seven hours which we thought was very good. Highly recommended the cost was within the estimate. Reasonable price. John and Alex were very professional. Joe & Red.

I had water backing up into my sink and overflowing anytime I used my washer and after having another company snake half the house then quote around $4000 to do hydro jetting I thought it couldn't be fixed! Alex came and fixed the problem in under an hour and it could've been fixed before if the previous plumber had done their job. They even worked with me on a time since I work til 3 pm on weekdays! Awesome company, thank you guys!
